As a level 19 twink rogue i did this quest and received 11s and 56 honor and 1450 Experience points. You should be right to not level, i think thats about 7.5% experience of of level 19. This is a daily repeatable quest and you will only receive money and honor after the first time you have completed it, You wont need to worry about the experience as a twink.

The minimum level to get one of the "Call To Arms" daily pvp quests are whatever is the minimum to enter the associated background.

So that means: Call to Arms: Warsong Gulch has a Minimum level of 10
Call to Arms: Arathi Basin has a Minimum Level of 20.
Call to Arms: Alterac Valley has a minimum of 50.
Call to Arms: Eye of the Storm has a min of 61.

There is only one Battleground Call To Arms per day... and it's independent of your level... in order to basically have one Daily PvP quest available every day, you need to be at least Level 61.

These Dailies, and Hellfire Fortifications make up all the list of available daily quests prior to level 70.

As with all Daily Quests, these quests don't need to be done when you pick them up, but you cannot pick up any other Daily of the same category until A) you complete this for the Daily quota, or B) you abandon the quest.

Note, you get a decent amount of XP and a bit of coin for doing these quests. Twinks would want to steer clear of these as a result.

After the Phase 3 patch changes, this quest now gives 943 honor compared to before.
