at my server, the Large Prismatic Shard is for about 33g on ah, at the cheapest. the other mats is easy to farm. primal water is possible to grind easy in Nagrand, right over the horde base there. primal life cant i remember where drops alot but atleast i gets it in Herbs. and sometimes in just random mobs when im doing quests.

Dump this on the Skullbreaker or Windstorm Hammer which are enchantable in the 29 bracket, and enjoy your über healing.

The glow on the weapon is identical to the hands effect when casting a normal holy spell, e.g. a healing spell.

Twinking does not give you a huge advantage in battlegrounds. In the 19-29 brackets, both sides are most likely 50% or more twinked, twinking keeps you up with both sides. People who say twinks do it because it makes it easy have never twinked. It does not at all make it easy, it just makes it more fun when you run into another real twink. It makes it a LOT of fun. In fact, I never go after the lowbies in a battleground (unless theyre chasing me) cause I know exactly whats going to happen, I go for the challenge. Besides, 2 non twinked players of any class can generally take down 1 twink, its really not that much of an advantage.

I twink a 29 holy paladin with this enchant and im proud of it. I love the challenge of keeping everyone alive while trying to stay alive myself, I can't immagine a greater thrill in this game.

Its not a lvl 35 enchant, it requires a lvl35 or higher weapon. Take a look around thott and see what I mean. Skullbreaker is a lvl36 weapon I believe and is usable at lvl 29. weapon lvl and weapon lvl requirements are not the same thing.

Thats not correct - enchants that require a lvl 35 or higher ITEM doesnt care if the useable lvl for the item is lower - the only thing that matters is that the item itself has an ITEM LVL of 35 or above - So the skullbreaker which is a lvl 36 item will be able to use this enchant, and you can get that quest at lvl 28. Also, the marbled buckler - another lvl 36 item that you can get at lvl 29 from a quest can use the 18 sta enchant, and the razzerics razing grips which are lvl 41 gloves that you can get at lvl 29 can use +15 str or +26 attackpower if you like. If you take a random green item that requires lvl 34 to use, the actual item lvl is 2 or 3 higher, and as such, you will also be able to put TBC enchants on that. As for the guy saying that lvl restrictions on enchants is a new thing - no it's not - all TBC enchants have lvl 35 item requirement and has been that way since the TBC launch.

So, to sum up - if you want super enchant on your 29 twink, do the quests that give items of lvl 35 or higher as reward. A standard BoE blue item, that require lvl 29 to USE, has item lvl 34, and will not be high enough for TBC enchants.
And yes, you CAN put +81 healing on a weapon that a lvl 29 can use, so I bet the guy isnt lying =)

Does the extra healing apply only to healing spells? Or does it also apply to effects that cause healing? In a purely hypothetical example, if a fury warrior enchanted a 1H weapon for +81 healing then would he/she get an extra +81 healing times 5 with Bloodthirst?

the mats are fairly easy to get besides the large prismatic shards. I farmed the primal waters in the lake right above stonebreaker in terrokar, and i farmed the primal life in the dead mire in Zangramarsh. Im in an enchanter so i had to buy the shards myself.
