This quest is just painful to do. Tried it with a warrior (70), resto Shammy (68) and a mage (70). The trash (and there is a MASSIVE amount) are non elites who hit hard on cloth, can heal themselves to full and have an extremely short respawn time (3 minutes or so)

I would personally wait until every has a flying mount otherwise the trash will do your head in.

It's fairly easy to get around walking all the way up the hill, all you need is one person with a flying mount and (ideally) slow-fall or levitate to kite the elites down to the bottom of the hill.

The quest was extremely easy after trying this out successfully

Mage+Hunter. Flew in, killed them both in about 30 seconds, flew out.

Edit: Don't wanna sound like i'm bragging, just letting you all know it's pretty easy even without a healer.

Easy as hell if you have a flying mount. If you don't.. uhh..

Even with a flying mount it is difficult to solo, the 2 guys are both elites and come together when pulled.

Boo for one of the most annoying quest chains ever ;(

I was able to solo it with difficulty as an affliction lock. First, I kited them down the hill and all the way though the air elementals with full dots on Corok the Mighty. Killed him right before the mouth of the Netherwing Fields. Be sure to stay at max range or the mage will pummel you with arcane bolts.

At this point, I would keep running till Chancellor Bloodleaf deaggros (I died). When I got back to the cavern, the Chancellor was alone I a was able to kill him with little trouble.

Both were immune to my CoE and fear.

As you might guess, the Chancellor is immune to Polymorph.

when you kill them, make sure to kill the giant away from the corpse of the chancellor. if he does on top of her you won't be able to loot the orders, and will have to kill them again.

also, kill them, loot the orders and GTFO cause they respawn in a hurry, about 30 seconds or so.

Very easy to solo as affliction lock with decent gear.. just put an amped curse of doom on the giant along with other instant dots, also instant dots on the caster. jumped off the cliffs (to avoid mobs) .. lost about 3-4k hp from dropping but the mobs never caught up to hit so siphon just healed it all back, and by the time I reached altar of shadows both were dead.

Corok (the giant) is immune to Entangling Roots, but the Chancellor is not. If you root her, you may have to run down the hill to the ledge below in order to avoid her Arcane Missiles.

As a well geared SL/SL warlock I was able to dot and drain tank the chancellor while offtanking Corok with a voidwalker. She had about 15% hp left when my voidwalker died (sacrifice it when it's low) but I instant summoned a second voidwalker and it regained aggro on Corok quickly. (don't dot Corok until chancellor is dead, or your second voidwalker won't be able to gain aggro) If Corok dies on top of the chancellor, just loot Corok and his body will despawn within a minute or two, leaving hers underneath.

Very easy solo as Bm hunter,use all cooldowns for first,sent pet and nuke one,
feign death..eat/drink and kill the other.

For the last 3 man quest you only need a healer for the pet

soloed as a lvl 70 elemental shaman
First nuke the blood elf then pop earth elemental give yourself a heal and then nuke the hell on the giant.
Ez mode nice reward.

Soloed as a frost mage with sucky gear. I killed the elf first(shatter combo'ed her) and jumped with slowfall+invis to evade the giant.
Came back and repeated(this time no shatter combo as the giant is inmune to slows/roots). I just nuked the giant with my elemental(using the elemental far from me+iceblock combo) and then prepared to jump to kite him with icelance+fireblast, only to find I had no feathers left...right as I was jumping. I had to tank him and luckily could bring him down :p

Did this with 3 like the quest suggested: Prot war(me), ice mage, and affliction lock. We flew over to the cliff behind the mobs and pulled them to there. I picked up the giant and the mage and lock had the blood elf dead in less than 5 seconds. From there it was a basic tank and spank on the giant. I didn't notice any little adds from the giant either, so no worries about getting swarmed. Easy quest.

Name is a reference to a mission in EVE, where a tourist ship has broken down inbetween a gang war, think its between the Angel Cartel and the Guristas Pirates. You have to choose which faction to attack and get to the end of their deadspace pocket (think of it as an instance) and rescue the tourists. Least, i THINK it had this name. Might have been something similar. Useless information FTW

rediculously difficult to reach them without a flying mount, tightly packed mobs with extremely fast respawns. Next to the two there is a bit of a ledge right east of them, land on it with flying mounts and you call pull the two without fear of extras.

Other than that they personally arent hard at all.

Soloed as a 70 hunter with dungeon gear. You want to focus Chancellor and use MD to keep aggro on your pet, while having Corok aggroed on you to keep you pet alive. Once Chancellor is dead, feign and reset and rez your pet. Then you can fight Corok alone who won't be too difficult if you do some kiting. Heal up quick inbetween kills, they respawn after about 2-3 minutes

When Worlds Collide...

Slay Chancellor Bloodleaf and Corok the Mighty and recover Illidan's Command. Use the Kor'kron Flare Gun to signal another Kor'kron Wind Rider once you have accomplished this task.

Speak with Overlord Or'barokh at Shadowmoon Village in Shadowmoon Valley should you lose your Kor'kron Flare Gun and require a replacement.

Description

At the southern end of the Path of Conquest, near a stationary caravan, I discovered what looked like a meeting between a giant and a blood elf chancellor. You've probably already noticed the smaller giants on the path as well. Something is just not right about all of this, grunt.

I want you to fight your way to this meeting and break up the party. Recover whatever you can from the scene and then call for one of us with the flare gun.
