I clicked on this innkeeper at level 18 on a Hardcore server and she has the following dialogue for me:

Your body looks worn and your spirit weary. Rest yourself beneath our roof and allow Elune to guide your dreams.

I have the option to say, "Tell me about dungeons I could explore."

Are you interested in exploring one of these dungeons?

The only option I have right now is to say, "Deadmines".

The Deadmines can be found beneath Moonbrook in the south of Westfall.

After she tells me where the Deadmines are though, I have two different chat options. One is "Can you tell me more about this place?" - which will cause her to respond with some of the lore surrounding the dungeon:

Once the greatest gold production center in the human lands, the Dead Mines are now inhabited by the Defias Brotherhood, who have turned the dark tunnels into their private sanctum. It is rumored that the thieves have conscripted the clever goblins to help them build something terrible at the bottom of the mines - but what that may be is still uncertain. Rumor has it that the way into the Deadmines lies through the quiet, unassuming village of Moonbrook.

The other option I have though, is to "Join a group going to this dungeon. <This choice will place you in a meetingstone queue>".

I have no idea what that is supposed to mean, and since I'm on a hardcore server I'm a little afraid to find out, just in case it teleports me somewhere. (I don't want to accidentally wind up in Moonbrook and then get immediately whomped by a bunch of Defias.) I don't remember anything like this ever being in Vanilla and I'm super curious about it. Was this just a mechanic that was never quite put into play? Is it something that was recently added with the reintroduction of Classic? If anyone has any idea, I'd love to know. Otherwise I'll probably make a throwaway toon just to try it out. (With my luck I'll go through all the effort and then it will do literally nothing.)

Update: Well I finally got brave and just clicked the option for the meetingstone queue, and it did... absolutely nothing. Which is probably a good thing since if it had done something crazy (like ported me to an area full of mobs) I probably would have died, and that's the last thing I want to do on a hardcore server!

I've also noticed that all the innkeepers seem to have conversations similar to this one, and as you level up they will offer you more choices of dungeons to talk about. But as far as I know, none of them will ever actually teleport you anywhere or add you to any kind of a meetingstone queue. My guess is that this feature was originally planned on, but that the queue idea was eventually scrapped in favor of allowing players to summon one another at the stones.
