The Crowd Pummeler 9-60 is located in the first big room, if you come from the back entrance that requires the workshop key to go through the doors. If you are faceing the elevator that would take you to the bottom level of that room, then look left and after 2-3 mob pack he will be the next one.

Soloed on my 31 feral druid, it is doable but it is difficult.

Make sure no pats are coming, and just dps the poo outa him. He's immune to bleeds which made this especially hard, but its just a matter of healing and pots at the right time. My druids a bit twinked out otherwise though, so I would recommend grouping.

This no longer a 32 elite, but a 28 elite and very easily solo'd by a druid over 30. From the workshop you just go left when you're at the elevator. The normal way in is a bit harder, but I personally just jump down on the big lugnut in the beginning and stealth all the way to the elevator.

Make sure you kill a guard on one side so you can pull him in one of the tunnels - he does a knockback, so place your pretty bum toward the wall. He can be stunned.

He is up top overlooking the room with the elevator. The room with the elevator is down the hallway from the final boss and/or the hallway from using the shortcut key. If you go up the elevator and look straight ahead, he is down the hallway to the right.

Go into the backdoor. When you open the door inside the instance, straight ahead will be the elevator. Just hang a left before the elevator, and you'll see him along the path. Kind of hard to miss.

He drops the boots waaay too often.

Yea this guy is modeled after Techbot and other robots like it... he stands in a room alone on other side of elevator room. He drops those boots *gasp* like every time... killed him over 10x never seen anything except boots.

I just ran Gnomeregan with my 28 warrior today and won the mace it is very nice unfortunately when i ran with my 60 paladin long ago i didnt get it :(

at the part wher you are in a sort of circle and on one section of that circle there is this guy....this circle is near where you go donw the elevator near those lvl 30+ mobs...

He dropped the mace for me ;)

He spawns every time, I believe, as he is technically a mini-boss. As for the manual pummeler, that dropped the very first time I killed him :) Too bad mages can't use maces though.

the atlas map show him as being in the center of the room which he is not.

he was for me anyway on the sounthern most part of the halway.

the directions pass elevator and go left are acurate follow hallway till you get to southern most part.

hopped on my brother's 58 rogue while my brother was on my 29 druid alt on my account and we went in to kill all the bosses we got lucky and the mace dropped...we were pretty excited about it...uber feral mace :D can you say PvP?

I cant really understand why people can find him, hes isnt even hidden. All you need is to come from the back entrance(shortest way), go through the tunnel, and in the first hall you find him. You just move around in the hall on the top floor, where the elevator goes down. And there he is.

PS: If you want his mace u gotta have patience, couse it rarely drop, i killed him 20 times and it just dropped once! Even when the drop rate is 10%.

Only has 3 charges...Once you use it the third time, it becomes just +16str +5agi

To get to him you enter the Back Door using the "Workshop Key" that you get off of the first boss through the front entrance. IF You have this key, use it. Enter the back door, Go all the way down then you will have to use the key again on another door. Once you have opened this door there will be 3 ways you can go, Left straight and Right. Straight is the Elevator, so you know your in the right spot. Your going to take a LEFT .. DO NOT Go down the Elevator, go LEFT. There will be a little section with mobs in it .. keep following the path through until you come up on another section, this section will be empty of mobs .. and IF he is up he will be in this area, he is very hard to miss, its a big machine so you can't miss him. It is a rare drop, so be patient. Hope this helps!

Tried him twice and each time spawned the "mobile alarm" unit and 3 other helpers. Any way around his summoning?

Hard to solo as a hunter... immune to pet's growl and disengage. You don't even need more aggro than your pet: once he pummels your pet, he's in your face (like he reduces your pets aggro himself. I wasn't even hitting him after he re-aggroed my pet and he still attacked me after a pummel :/) and then u gotta wait for ur pet to get enough to pull him back off you, or try to kite him: he's not immune to ice traps).

I've been to Gnomeregan quite a few times and NEVER seen this mob, can anyone tell me where to find him? I'm guessing he's a rare spawn but maybe not, any info would be appreciated.

I got disconnected just before the fight ended, and logged on when they were half way through rolling on the crowd pummeler, which would have been a huge improvement, but i couldn't roll because the rolling had started before i loged on. Same thing happened with electrocutioner6000's leg. Got a nice shield from thermaplug though

when i go tthis on my 30 shaman, i was disappointed to see that the mace onlt had 3 charges on the use ability...do any of you know if when you use those up, the mace dissappears?

To find this guy you either have to jump down in the first room, or turn left on the upper circle and go down the very last corridor on the left into the safe zone. From there you keep your left and end up where you would have been when you jumped down. A room full of elementals and slimes. Follow the large corridor downwards. At it's end turn left and take the first corridor to your left. Go straight until the end where you again turn into a corridor at the left. This brings you to an upper ring where you can look down another area (but cant jump down, you have to take the elveator, if you want that.). Here turn right, you will encounter a group of gnomes as well as some machine riding gnomes. After that the next part contains only him. Be aware that there are patrols and alarm-o-bots passing by.

He is a pretty straight forward melee oponent. Good news for mages: he is vulnerable to frost novas - so he is probably also vulnerabel to other chill effects, didn't try that. The onyl thing special I recognized when facing him was an attack throwing you in the air. As you can't fall down this is not really dangerous.

As a 41 arcane mage (1.10) I needed a greater healing potion and the mana jade and it was still a really close fight. I was out of mana and down to about 20 health at the end. I guess that can end the other way pretty easily, but I won't try again.

There's an easyer way for those of you that have the key.
Just go to the train depot (outside the instance) that's all the way up, once you get down the elevator (same room where is techbot). Then you use the key to get in the instance.

Once inside, just follow the corridor up to the place where you find the elevator. DON'T go down, just take a left turn to the upper ring and then you just kill some mobs and VOILA.

Been there 4 times already though to get the mace for my druid, and the mace never dropped.

If you get a lvl 60 to come along you can do this run in 10 min. Guess you can also try a stealth run as long as you can defeat him...

ive been to the place it says on one of my addons and theres only a big machine where it says it is. is there a person i need to kill first or is there a button to press?

Run around upstairs. He is on the south bridge so take the elvator UP if you are running downstairs!

He is the only mob on the southern "bridge" in engineering labs.... on top, u have to use the elevator if u jumped down :)

From the backdoor just go left as soon as you get to the elevator!

If you go in the Workshop Key entrance, follow the corridor past the gnomes and the airplans, you get to an elevator and a big room with a corridor goign around it above. Just kill the groups AROUND the room (not down below) and Poof! The Crowd Pummeler is standing there :)

Pretty easy to solo as a druid at 30, and Manual Crowd Pummeler is a great weapon for a druid for a while.

If you don't have the Workshop key, kill that boss first. Use a nature protection potion before hand. Workshop key makes it easier if you die or do it later.

Once you have the key enter through the workshop entrance, circle around where Crowd Pummeler 9-60 is located. Kill the alarm-bot on the way in one of the empty hallways. Once you get to the boss, pull him straight back and place yourself against the wall in the middle of the room. The pathing mobs don't go inside of the room itself so you will be safe from aggro.

The fight itself is easy, trick is to use bear instead of cat since he is immune to your bleeds and he is stunnable. Stay in bear and keep demoralizing roar up and spam maul, when you are about at 30% Bash/Warstomp and Heal. I recommend using both HoTs and a greater healing potion since it is fast you won't get hit in caster form more than once. Repeat until dead, you should only have to heal yourself twice. Fight lasts about 90 secs - 2 mins.

You could probably do it at a lower level. Under 28 may be tricky since stealthing in may be an issue, and the pathing mobs may aggro you. I'd probably wait until at least 28 if your geared in blues, 29 or 30 otherwise.
