i've got a one of these and it's lvl 17 and it's attack speek is about one and a half seconds.

whats the attack speed on this guy? i figured ide keep swappin pets on my hunter to get the skills, then at 60 tame some lower lvl ones such as a lvl1 young nightsaber and raise him to 60. get more training points that way to teach em more. but i still dont know what the attack speed on one of these guys is.

I tamed one of them with my troll hunter on 10 level(u do not want to know how) and i am pretty happy. About attack speed- for now it is 2secs, donno what will hapen when i raise it more.

Ok, I know the old trick to getting into opposing faction areas. That no longer works since the early 2008 update. So how to I get to Darnassus alive to even get to the Young Nightsabers?

Well, I found a way in and it hurts.
Step 1. Get to Auberdine in Darkstand; Swim out avoiding aggro and drown yourself at the end of the North pier; Run back to the pier, staying on the pier this time, and wait for the boat to dock; Get on the boat and wait until it pulls away from the dock and res.

Step 2. going to take a few tries, but get as close to the teleport to darnassus as you can, hopefully close enough to res and get into the portal before you die again, this will get you to Darnassus alive, but not for long as the guards kill you there and you are sent to the Dolanarr gy. Res the and run like hell North East, you'll die from a nearby guard, but should be able to reres at a further distance with your body between you and the guard. Once more run like hell.

Step 3. Run to ShadowGlen, you'll die the first and second attempts to res from the guards blocking the path, but just res as far from your body as possible and keep running.

Step 4. Congratulations, you've finally made it to the Night Elf starting area and can now tame a Level 1 Young Nightsaber to raise.

Step 5. Hearth the frell out of there and enjoy your new Young Nightsaber.

Attack Speed: 2.0 Seconds (Confirmed with Petopia Classic)
When filtering list of dropped items by 'count', anything below 'Splintered Tusk' is an error and does not drop (Should be removed)
