I always liked Ashenvale's forest. Quite bummed by the Horde's advances.

Pre-Shattering Mulgore. It's always been my favourite zone. Not only was it the first I ever saw, when I first starting playing roughly five years ago, but it's also the most beautiful of all Vanilla zones. A lake, rolling green hills, teepees and totems. It seems to have an incredible soothing effect which Nagrand, my second favourite, lacks because of all the PvP and pressure the quests have, since when you get to it, you're already fighting terrible evils. In Mulgore, you just stroll around, and have a good time. And of course, Thunder Bluff is a very impressive and original capital city.
The old Elwynn forest. When I first started playing WoW I rolled a human rogue. And thanks to the fact I was a nab at the game and still had to learn tons of stuff, I was 'stuck' in that place for ever, but those times I actually didn't mind that since the zone had such a great athmosphere and the music really appealed to me.Nowadays, when I'm questing in Elwynn forest, I hear the music, I see the enviroment and espacially when I hear the voices of NPC's, it just takes me three years back in time to those good old days. :)
Definitely GM IslandGM Island.Ever since I heard of this zone I read like a hundread times through all possible sources how to get there just to find out that it could not be done in any legal way. Every now and then I would come to this side and check Videos on YouTube about ways to actually get there (be it with your physical character or by means of a game glitch where you would just visually visit the island). The fascinating thing about this zone is that everyone can exactly tell its contents and knows about "The Chair" but only a few have actually been there.
I like Strangletorn Vale because it reminds me of jungle with a lot of different life and its the place where your eyes are opened with all the good quest there are there
Nagrand, scenery is amazing. Made ore farming enjoyable.
My favorite zone is Hellfire Peninsula. I started playing WoW around the time the AQ war effort began, so I didn't know what to expect heading into a new zone with the majority of my server on The Burning Crusade's release day. It was a very memorable day to me, I was even lucky enough to buy the last copy of the expansion at my local Best Buy. I definitely didn't expect to see so many people competing for everything - every quest mob spawn camped by at least twenty people and incredible amounts of groups forming for new dungeons. On top of that, the scenery was nothing like anything else I had seen in the game before. The large streams (to this day, I don't know exactly what they are), the many moons, and the stars in the sky were simply mesmerizing.
My favorite zone hands down in my entire wow experience from when I was in 8th in middle school was Elwynn Forest and Westfall. The sheer epicness of the music along with the intro scene into the world of WOW when I first played the game was pretty much jaw dropping because when I looked around for the first time. I actually thought this game looked exactly how an online mmoabout killing dragons should be! Westafall was my second favorite because of Deadmines and sentinel hill was such a fun place to just relax during the summertime when you were bored in middle school. There were a lot of epic duels I had out there which made that place so much better. So yeah basically my favorite zone was Elwynn Forest and Westfall.
My favourite zone has to be Vashj'ir. No-where else in Azeroth even come's close to Vashj'irs epicness, uniqueness or seemingly vastness. The scenery is magnificent, colourful, and refreshing. Simply, there is no other zone like it...and you get to ride seahorses :D:D
For sure my favorite zone is Vashj'ir because of the environment, the epic quests and of course the beautiful music. There is no other place in Azeroth more peaceful and soothing than Vashj'ir.
My favourite zone of all time, is Molten Core! The huge cave with titanic Molten Giants, Lava Surgers, and all the bossfights were truly epic (and you actually earned your epics). And finally entering Ragnaros' lair after months of wiping was truly legendary, that is a moment I will never forget, and thus a zone I will never forget either. I even go there quite often to relive the moments :)Not to forget the conclusion of the lore and history behind all the quests in Searing Gorge and Burning Steppes
