Shrug, it is long overdue to drop the cost on a lot of these services. That is a way to increase sales, its just too pricey now for people to experiment with new races, new boosts, etc.
So people that pay every month don't get one? Pretty stupid.
So once again people who haven’t let their sub drop for 15 years get nothing? How about rewarding the loyal customers. The customer who have kept your servers going and the lights on for you all this time. The ones who stayed through good and bad, throughout every expansion. Naah didn’t think so
Can I use this on a brand new character?I got 3 characters which are all 90+, so it would be a waste there. If I could use it on a brand new one, it would be a good thing to come back to this game after a long time...
The TL; DR of any deal like this boils down to this (general address to the thread; above fuelled this):Do you pay for WoW - Gold or IRL - because you WANT to or NEED to (difference)? If you NEED to... "issues"; if you WANT to, seemingly you like enough of the game to do so.Have you quit long enough ago that your account is inactive...?Do you still even have an account that Blizzard can see, to be considered inactive? Some players delete all their characters & may even have done so long enough ago that they are irretrievable. If any one of those is yes, then what was your thinking - even back then - as to what would get you to re-up...?If the answer to that is - as I said above - "Hell freezing over" then I doubt a mere character boost would be considered any higher than an insult.Factor all of the above into any complaining about 'preferential treatment'; if you think that this offer is preferential, then you'll come across as a spoilt brat... even if that's only what you want to be seen as, 'cos you don't know much difference.
So for supporting this project for many years, not turning my back on this game even after the half-baked WoD expansion for the full price and constantly returning back and hoping for the better even when they have let down players once again during this expansion, they give gifts to those who left them long ago and spit on their current players and loyal players. Yes, that's fair...
i have us wow active & eu wow inactive for 4 months in the same account ....... do i get free 100 boost in eu wow ?
<< Hey there Darko, GM Qilliarix at your service! (^-^)ゝ Thanks for your patience while you waited for assistance in regards to not having received the free 100 lvl character boost that some players received. I understand how this might seem like an unfair situation to you as other players got these promotions but you were not one of them. What happens with these initiatives is that they are randomly sent via an automated system, meaning that game masters do not have any input or way of changing how these promotions are handled or force these offers to get added to a specific account upon request. This means that we will not be able to do anything about this: if you did not receive it then you were not eligible for it. All I can advise here is to leave some feedback on the forums about this. Any feedback from our players is always greatly appreciated and it will help improving the game experience to everyone! Unfortunately the customer support team is unable to take game feedback from players but you can submit yourself the feedback directly via two different channels. You can either post feedback on our forums on the following link https://eu.battle.net/forums/en/wow/index or by using the in-game "Submit Feedback" option that is found on the help menu: .Press the Esc key to open the Game Menu, and click Help. .Click Submit Suggestion. .Follow the guidelines on the submission form, and enter your suggestion. .Click Submit. These two channels allow the player community to better share their thoughts and ideas with our developers and I highly suggest anyone to use them, we want to hear your thoughts! :) Thanks for understanding and I hope we still get to see you in Azeroth in the future. :) Have a great day Qilli>>There it is, I will not return for WoW classic. Nothing more. You disrespect me, I don't buy your products.
I frequently eat at a local sandwich joint. THIS is what they do for frequent patrons:Frequent patrons are gifted a free sandwich for buying your 7th sandwich within 30 days. They ALSO gift a discount of 15% on every sandwich purchased after buying your 7th sandwich within 30 days. (lmited to one discount per day, ending after the 30th counted day)Hm... Nice, huh? Now, imagine that same food joint, not only totally scrapping the gifted recurring discount for frequent patrons, but also gifting the free sandwich ONLY to QUALIFIED customers, which is just a fancy way of saying INFREQUENT customers (customers who have NOT purchased a sandwich within 2 years).Who comes up with this #$%^?At least make it available for both subbed and non-subbed. Just stipulate that the account be active/must activate during the anniversary celebration event.
