As someone who regularly plays in the sub 1800 bracket, it's extremely common to play against people that either drastically out gear you (226 vs 207) or you play against a team with one player keyboard turning and the other one high rated experienced. Venruki's heart may be in the right place trying to help some poor soul but the people they play against I promise you aren't having a good time. If I'm 1500 then I just simply want to play against other 1500 players, not a 1100 and 3k player. "streamer content" is ruining the game. Other games ban smurfing yet here we are in wow celebrating a smurf. smh
Wholesome video, toxic comments. As expected :)
Good on Ven to help out a struggling member of the community. People that are making all the comments don't know what its like to be a player lost in the abyss. Doug had one goal and he was working hard to achieve it but he wasn't able to. Then, a streamer came along and stopped his own grind to help him out. He even took the time to explain things to him and helped him out. I'm sure thats something Doug won't forget for a while. We were all in Doug's shoes once new wow players lost in the crowd and forgotten by everyone.
So, a high end PvP player, teams up with some one on low rating to boost literally just 1 person, by fkng over a lot of groups of 2 people. And it is considered a good thing?
ya idc who you are, it's boosting paid or not. Some overgeared/xp player playing with someone of lesser xp/gear for "streamer content" is why arenas are so awful. Granted, most high rated players don't take 2s seriously, but for the average wow player facing glad/r1 geared players in 2s, it's a huge morale killer.
