I consider my Azuresong Mageblade from Molten Core my most epic loot even though it is now by far outdated. It is my choice because it took me 12 raids (3 months) straight of running MC because the same item kept dropping and it wasnt my sword till the 12th raid. Everyone knew I was going for that sword and and didnt even bid on it when it dropped... great guys. Now I miss my old guild buddies.
The most epic loot would have to be when I decided I wanted to get one of those Firefly pets and I came to terms with how rare it was and decided to go kill until I got it: I got it on the 3rd kill and was very very happy =)
forget Epic. try Legendary. got https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=17204 along time ago. made the hammer within 2 days. now that SHoR is so out dated i only use it with heroic throw is freak ppl out. still the rarest item i have till blizzard uped the drop rate on barons mount. look me up on armory and check out my achievements.
Recently found a Sash of Jordan, first BoE Epic I've found in years, so that would have to be the most epic drop for me
Just a few days ago i'd have to say I got the most epic loot, I have been grinding heroic instances looking for as much leather melee gear with hit as possible to reach the rogue's insane cap, and after a few days of zilch i finally won something worth while https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=37644. needless to say It made my night.
the sleeveless t-shirt..Id ran av on horde side for weeks to get one of these.. finally dropped.IMO there is no cooler shirt in the game:Dnow I gotta go do it some more and send it via the neutral auction house to my gnome DK :D
One of my most epic of epics loots would have to be me finally beating up the demons and earning Rhok'delar and Lok'delar. It was a happy day, indeed!
