I think my most epic loot is the Signet Ring from the last boss in Gun'Drak the drop rate is horrible and ive been trying to farm it for weeks and in one last run i had a prot Warrior Dps i know but we couldnt find dps so we used him we went in fought all the bosses everyone got thier quest items and we where on the last boss i pull the boss and he comes at me soon enough he impales the healer i keep holding agro until the healer is off then he quickly gets impaled again four times in a row! i used all my CD's on this guy i got him down to 32% then wiped myself if i had used a Potion in time but sadly no so the healer was no longer being impaled the Prot warrior was tanking and the Healer was OOM so we eventualy wiped all was left for the Dps scince the Healer was OOM they where wiped but the boss was like 2-3% health left and he goes after the healer and the healer ( a druid) shifted into bear form and was down to 500 health and BAM moonfired the boss and he died i was so eager to find out what the loot was after we all rezed up and mana uped we check the loot and the ring droped of course the prot warrior needed but so did i i won the Roll 100 to 14 i was soo happy after farming the ring over and over and no sucess i can finaly stop doing that instance it was getting boring
Definitely my first kill on Rag, where I got my T2 Paladin leggings.
The most epic item I ever got... I would say it was when i got The Horseman's Blade (if you want to see it click here https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=38175#dropped-by) it took my 15th time killing The Headless Horseman (if you like to see him click here https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/npc=23682) I know from wowhead that I was lucky because it is a really rare drop from him. I can't wait till I'm high enuff to use it I'm really close to I'm level 68 warrior and that is the best weapon I have. Well that is my story and the last thing I believe I'll add is Have Fun Playing World of Warcaft.
Something epic for me was the battle for Swift Flight Form. I had to wait until it was the daily to get a group for Heroic Sethekk, but it was such a great group. No wipes, plus I was the healer and was able to keep the statues and the group up the whole time.
My most EPIC loot drop was 15-pound mudfish, which i caught in Mulgore week ago. I had made more than 8000 casts with no luck, when suddenly, while waiting for bg, i caught it... so now i'm Salty Faregas and will keep my 15-pound mudfish for ages!)
It was the first time I had ever run Shadow Labyrinth. It was a guild run, and I was tanking. We were doing well throughout the entire instance, not a single death at all. Then we got to Murmur.Just watching him killing the Shadow Council from the end of that hallway was enough of an omen that I knew it'd be a bitch of a fight. I asked our healer (one of our more experienced guildies) why he was only at a third of his health. The response was 'Oh God I don't want to think about that.' It didn't exactly put me at ease. We worked our way down the hallway, and the fight was explained to me.Okay, constant AoE bursts, a curse that throws you into the air, and he hits like a truck. Okay, I thought, reminds me of the Black Stalker in Underbog. Shouldn't be too hard. So, I run in, start tanking the SOB and think to myself 'Okay, with Holy Shield up, i'm blocking almost every attack. We can do this no problem.' This was also back when Hammer of Wrath still hit at 35%, which was after two hits from me. So I'm tanking, our hunters are going to town, and our Ret pally is having no problems at all, and the healer didn't drop below 50% mana until the last 15% of the fight. Then things went wrong. Our healer got the debuff. I know about running under the tent, but for some reason, he didn't make it in time. All I could hear on Ventrilo was a whole lot of swearing and something about a chicken. Well, no worries. The fight was almost over. We could do this. Then, for some reason, one of the hunters drop. My guess would be too close to the AoE. Then the Ret pally gets the debuff, and couldn't make it to the tent in time. She had already used her bubble to avoid the fall damage earlier in the fight, so she had to eat the death. Then the remaining hunter's pet drops. I'm getting low, so I hit Lay on Hands. It's down to the wire, with our healer calling out Murmur's HP by the thousand as we try to stay alive.I'm below a thousand HP. If not for Ardent Defender, I'd be dead. But Murmur was still standing. My bubble was gone. Me and the hunter were at the ends of our HP bars. Then I see a flash of light, and Murmur's hammer drops in front of me. We had done it! I look to my HP bar and can't believe it.Just like the poster I'm sure you've all seen: HP - I still have one left.Yep. I was at one HP. Out of the 13k that I had, I survived by one. The hunter didn't do much better, at 36.The loot was the Greatsword of Horrid Dreams. Epic? No. But I definitely could use the upgrade. I used that sword for a long time, even past being able to get far better weapons, because it was a reminder of the most epic battle I had ever fought in all my time playing World of Warcraft.
