The big reason this doesn't seem believable, is how exactly would people without the expansion view the Old-World?I doubt they would have it phased for people with the expansion, because in that regard, people with the expansion, and people without can have no contact in the Old-World, which I doubt would happen.
It's quite funny how some rumors can shock the Internet.Personally if Cities do get the destroyed i hope it won't be in some &*!gy way, like the events prior to WoTLK (Undeads in Orgrimmar or w/e happened there..) but rather more like Battle for Undercity (yes, with phasing), and after a bigass chain quest Org would well apart and Gnomes would recapture Gnomeregan, and it would probably be instanced so everything wouldn't change over the night.Think about those, who don't have enough time (read: have a life) and can't participate in those "events"... One day they will walk where Org used to be and it will be like "WTF Mate?"...
I'm sorry, but the zombie apocalypse was one of the best ideas Blizzard had for the game. If you didn't think so, and especially if you whined about it, it's your fault that the finale of the invasion was so banal.
Back when there were rumours and gossip regarding Burning Crusade there was mention of Orgrimmar being destroyed and Gnomeregan being retaken. That didn't happen, so however much I want it to happen in Cataclysm (or the next expansion whatever it is called) I am, instead, saving my hopes for something else much more likely...Rogues to be used in raids again anyone? ¬_¬
Why can't Undead be loladins rather then Tauren? And seriously, Alliance doesn't really need more Shamans (plus, they don't really fit unless they give them Furbolgs)This is getting to the point where everyone can be anyone and that is not cool.I'm only looking forward to the new Expansion for new Cinematic(s)
