The alliancevendor for this is at Loch Modan. He is inside the INN - run in the door go forward - there he is.

The hordevendor for this is at The Sepulcher. He is inside the INN (which is a crypt) - run down and he is there next to the table.

Components: 1x Bear Meat, cast time 3 seconds. This food is not giving any additional spirit/stamina Well Fed-buff, which is quite a loss.. In my experience most of the foods you cook yourself you get buffed :)

For Season of Discovery:

This a recipe used for waylaid supplies. It can be quite profitable to buy all the bear meat and cook it to sell on the AH because people do not want to bother with cooking.
