Crafting these is a great way to lvl at 100 engineering, Buy a stack of Silver bars, clear ur inventory and rip these. got me 36 lvls

Cheap + Easy to make, and they don't go yellow till 110 Engy, so make em 90-110, ftw.

Actually the silver itself isn't a cheap ingredient. Silver ore is not very common and sells for a high gold amount on the AH. Although the recipe doesn't use any OTHER high cost ingredients, the cost of the silver alone is expensive. Even if you mined the silver yourself, consider how much you could have sold the ore or bars for in the AH instead.

Engeneering is such a costly and unprofitable profession, but oh the fun you'll have!
