The Headpiece that goes with the random-stat Windchanneller set. The other pieces seem to drop off outdoor 5-man bosses but the question remains - who exactly does this drop from?

This and the gloves are bought from an event that starts every two hours server time at 54,10. It's at the apexis crystalforge. A ring style event with an elite at the end. Can buy a meta gem from his for shards. Melee is 24AP and 5% stun resist, the caster is 20 Dmg/heal 5% stun resist
