This is simply an extremely good PvP cape, 30 stamina isn't easily come by on a caster cape, and the other stats are sufficient to ensure it's not an entirely situational piece.

It is too bad that there is not a "pure" healing cape, but in my opinion you will not get anything better for PvP unless you are in black temple.

I strongly reccomend that you get this piece if you aren't raiding. This is probably one of the best things you can get, and it costs less than 10k honor (which isn't hard to come by).

Shame Blizzard were too dumb/lazy to update this for Season 2, or to implement a healer version. And why does it have to look like a level 20 quest reward from The Barrens? :/

This cape is extremely good for PvP and also a good choice for the impatient people: it only costs 9435 Honor. The reason it looks like a 'level 20 Barrens quest reward' is because pre-TBC, the old 'Sergeant's Cape' looked like this. (which was a blue item, with 4 version according to level) and this is simply the 'TBC-Upgrade' of that cape.
Only thing i don't like is that it has no Spell-crit at all: the melee/hunter version has critical rating while this has none :-(

This is a delicious cape, and, like mentioned above, for the peeps w/o patience, it's also one of the easiest PvP rewards to grab . Only additional thing I wish it had for us casters would be a 'hit rating,' but other than that it's a tasty cape!

rofl it's a pvp cloak, so you only need 4% +hit, and for almost all classes that is obtainable thru talents, imo, as a moonkin, i'd rather have crit since most casters need it.

The low honor cost of this items means that it should be the second honor reward you get, the first being the 5 minute trinket.

Only 13k honor and 20 AB tokens. Peanuts! My 70 mage has 7,200 health unbuffed. I can tank Onyxia. WTF nerf me.
