Well if you're not a warlock then never... it's a reagent for the warlock spell Ritual of Doom which summons a Doomguard.

to get it u have to do a really hard quest!
starts in the Blased Lands and then u have to travel all over the world collecting *!@# and then u have to get a Doomguard Commanders Soul
which is really hard cuz there 61 elites!
just get another lock when ur trying to get it's soul in the prison u have made
after u start it have him banish it
should keep going until it is dead and u have it's soul
then go turn it in and u have ur doomguard

(go release it on a noob! sooooo funny)

The doomguard that rises from CoD spell is much weaker than the one you summon.
