If it's sold by vendors that can be found almost anywhere, why would there be a buyout price? Who would even get one from the AH?

There's no PvP rank anymore.. Arena, yes, but not PvP. Arena ranks doesn't decrease the cost of this. Reputation will gain you discounts if you're honored, revered or exalted

The thread is 50s every city. You can get it off of tailoring suppliers, and the general store. The more faction you gain with a particular city, the cheaper everything gets in that city. Hope that explained it to those confused. =D

Ok, the cost of this doesn't go down with pvp rank, considering that there r no ranks anymore, and second of all, i'm revered with IF, and it costs me 45s each for one of these, still a small price to pay to make some kickass cloth and leather armor, have fun
