This seems to be the best (non-class limited) health enchant for the head slot even in TBC. As a mage looking to boost HP gear for Maulgar tanking this is the ticket.

This item has become pretty useless now that TBC came out. For your leg slot you're far better off using a Clefthide Leg Armor (gives +30 stam and +10 agility).

Blizzard hasn't provided us with a good substitute for these +100 hp librams on our heads though because there still aren't any items or enchants available that give +stamina on your head slot. If you're a mage,shaman or rogue even the ZG enchants aren't better than this if you really need more stamina.

The various Glyphs (Glyph of Ferocity, Power, Renewal, etc) you can get if you're honored/revered/exalted with factions such as Cenarion Expedition, The Sha'tar, Keepers of Time, Lower City, and Thrallmar/Honor Hold are pretty impressive though.
They add stuff like +34 AP & +16 hit rating, +22 spell damage and healing & 14 spell hit rating, and +35 healing & +7 mana per 5 secs to your head slot.

The Lesser Arcanum of Constitution is still the winner for Twinks by a long shot.

Once all mats are obtained, Mathredis Firestar can be found at co-ords 64,23 "Flame Crest" in the Burning Steppes.

I'm an idiot and made a twink on the same account... when you use this on Green Tinted Goggles (BoE) does it make em Soulbound? i think it does so... =(

The item says it doesnt stack with other enchantments for the selected spot... does this mean you can have clefhoof leg armor and this enchant on your legs? you should be able to but i just got the libram for my twink so ill let you know if it works.

It says that its Bind on pickup, so how could you put it on your twink if you do the quest on your main?

If I am level 50 but the item I want to enchant (my earthforged leggings) is only level 47 will that be a problem with this item? is there an item level requirement if applied normally?

There is no level requirement on the gear. I equipped this on a Blood Elf Bandit Mask, to give my startup characters a boost.

For pants, though, you'd probably want to use Nethercleft Leg Armor, instead. 4x more hp, and 12 agility.

The quest to get the arcanum is 55, but you can enchant it on another character's item in the trade window, or on a non-bound item, then send it to your lowbie character.

If you need it on a soulbound item, you can sometimes buy them from someone who has completed the quest, or get a 55+ friend to do it .

Ok, i have that Libram but is there some guy in Blasted lands who gives you quest and you need to give 30g, that Libram and some other things to get Lesser Arcanum of Constitution ? And where that guy is can you give cords plz ? =)

I got a question about it being send to the main character (50+) a helm BoE... will it make soulbound to the character that is puting it on or not?

it does rezuire 50 to use but anyone below 50 can use it as long as a lvl 50+ put it on the item

I am doing this quest i alrdy helped my friends with but know the Lung Juice Cocktail is not droping where it was b4 where in the blasted land does it drop or do you have to have a difrent quest to do it?

Ok. This is what you do for your twink

say you have a 70 main and a 19 twink. get on the twink and craft your engineering goggles (sorry lucky fishing hat people, well if you got lucky fishing hat i suppose you have friends that could just do this for you) send your goggles to you 70. Do the quest to get your Arcanum ( QUEST HERE and then when your goggles arrive put the Enchant on the goggles and send back. No help needed!

All you have to do is finish the quest https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/quest=4481/libram-of-constitution take the reward, then you send your goggles from your twink to your person with the reward, apply it to the goggles, and then send it back to your twink! So easy!

FOr lucky fishing Hat all you have to do is get a friend or someone to apply it to your hat And there you go! SO EASY!

Same thing for Pants! all your need is GOOD BOE pants and send to main, apply it, send it back
You can even do this with leggings of the Fang, just have someone else apply it for you!

To clear up any confusion with this item.

First off, to use this item you must be 50+, this is only to do it yourself, YOU CAN have this item equipped at lvl 1 if you really wanted to, you just need a lvl 50+ to add it to an item and trade you the item, or enchant it throught the will not be traded slot in trade.

This enchant requires the following items:
x1 Black Diamond
x1 Lung juice cocktail
x4 Night Dragon's Breath
x1 Libram of Constitution
30 gold

You can obtain the black diamond and libram for an AH.
The materials for the Lung juice are and can be farmed off the creatures in The Blasted Lands, you then turn a quest in to Bloodmage Drazial at LOC 51.14 :
3 Blasted Boar Lungs
2 Scorpok Pincers
1 Basilisk Brain

This could be the hardest part:

The Night Dragon's Breath are obtained from Felwood in several specific spawn points, and can be picked up without herbalism. They appear as plants with a flower at these locations so far:
30.60 40.78 42.13 35.60 50.30

If you get there and see it but cannot pick it, it means someone recently picked it. All the spawn plants like Night Dragon's Breath are on a 25 minute timer, no more, no less. Sit there for 25 minutes if you dont believe me, but its well worth running to the other locations and grabbing them before returning. You can gather very fast once you have the timing down.
If you get there and the plant is corrupted you must complete a quest "SOUTH" of the neutral post from an NPC named Arathandris Silversky at loc: 54.86
She does not reside in the camp.

Once the quests are complete you will notice there are several ways to get the Cenarian Plant salve. It is always safe to say that a Corrupted plant will take 4 salve, so just be safe and stock up.
"When you loot a plant make sure you have space in your inventory!" The plant is only lootable once every 25 mins, if you inventory is full, you just lucked out.

After completing all of this you can travel to the Burning steppes and speak to Mathredis Firestar at LOC 65,23. He will then give you the "Bind on Pick up" crystal that you can enchant onto an item.

This is a repeatable quest

It cannot be traded, unless enchanted through the will not be traded slot while enchanting.

It cannot be placed onto the AH, unless of course you place an enchanted item on the AH.

That being said, a Helm or Pants enchanted with this do not soulbind.

This item has gone for as little as 60g on my server to as much as 200g. Some twinks just need it that bad.

The cost for this will depend on you having a main alt 50+ that can do the leg work for.
1.Libram - 50-55g from AH
2.Black Diamond 50s AH
3.30g when u hand in quest.

time to do Lung Juice quest and also the Dragons breath quests.

Of course you can. Haven't you read the comments? A 50+ has to apply it to your lower level main or alt though through the "Will not be traded" window. For the umteenth time. :p

on Bouldefist, ever since TBC came out the number of twinks has decreased. Thus, there are not as many ppl in Felwood picking the plants. So it's quite easy with little to no compition, the hardest part would be the lung juice since the drop rate isn't very good.

How much are these going for? I'm on Thunderhorn and people seem to be selling them for between 500g and 1000g! Is that considered reasonable or should I keep shopping around for my twink hunter?

Ok, just so I'm clear, this can be added in the trade window right? So if I get a buddy to go do the quest and get the enchant, he can put it on my chars goggles which are already equipped? Otherwise I'd have to make new goggles and I'm too lazy for that. =D

This is a great item for low level twinks. Just have your friend do the quest and apply it for you :) You could also exchange services, so you can farm one for him/her also.

I just got it for my level 29 twink.

Yeah, its not directly cheap to make. Around 100g all in if you dont have any mats to start with (Around 40g for the book, 30g for black diamond and 30g when you deliver the quest)

When you try to apply this to someone else via the trade window, the enchant will read Lesser Arcane Amalgamation. Because of that, people often freak out, thinking you want to scam them.

Please be aware "hit points" does not grant you any hit chance; this language is actually referring to HEALTH points, meaning you will receive a flat 100 health increase with this arcanum.

While the Libram of Constitution is unique, as are some of the reagents, the Lesser Arcanum of Constitution is not, so you can make multiples for later usage. They do not stack, though, so each one takes up a bank slot.
