You can actually sell this item back to the vendor, unlike most arrows before it. This means that if you only have a few arrows left in a stack and you want to top your quiver up to full, just vendor them for a few coppers. Good damage too, can't wait for Wicked arrows though!

You can't buy these in the Swamp of Sorrows or the Blasted Lands, so stock up if you're Horde and planning to quest in the Blasted Lands. Closest place where you can get 'em is STV.

I just bought 1000 arrows at SW. The 'limited supply' seems to be an indicator of how many per stack.

Talking classic: This list says landria sells them. But she does not sell them. Completely floors me that elves (Everyone knows elves default is basically a bow. LOTR<<nuff said. So for Darn to not sell these is just amazing and shocking at the same time. Especially since its a big city. The other two sell them.

My hunter elf is still crying over the shame.

Wowhead seems to confirm what I have found which is that there is no ammo vendor in all of winterspring for the horde. Just an ally vendor in starfall. Be sure to stock up before going to winterspring. Seems like a design oversight to me.

The higher level arrows are Ice Threaded Arrow (level 51, PvP), Thorium Headed Arrow (level 52, crafted by engineers via Thorium Shells and a repeatable conversion quest in a capital city), and Doomshot (level 54, dropped in small quantities in LBRS by Shadow Hunter Vosh'gajin).

The single vendor location in Camp Mojache in Feralas is not correct. There is another vendor in Feathermoon Stronghold, Faralorn, in the inn.
