I want to try the plugin for the wowhead search for firefox. So I click add and it asked me something. I was a bit trigger happy and just pressed ok. I can't seem to find the plugin on firefox now and when I click to add it again it gives me the error: "Firefox could not install the plugin from: "
http://www.wowhead.com/download/searchplugins/firefox/wowhead.src"
because an engine with the same name already exists." If anyone knows what to do or how to manually install the plugin from the source please tell me!
Thanks,
Andy

Are you sure it isn't working correctly? It should have added a search option within your search engine dropdown list (usually found in the upper right hand corner of your Firefox window).
To remove it manually, it should be located in
C:\Documents and Settings\<USER NAME>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<FOLDER>\searchplugins

I got the same error when I clicked to install it -
because it was already installed
. Do you have your search box showing in your toolbar? I then uninstalled the engine using the 'Manage Search Engines' option and reinstalled it following the link from the
page
, which prompted the following
dialog box
. Perhaps you already have the search engine installed, just not selected?
