not currently aware of any addons which add web browswer funtionalilty in wow.
There are'nt any. Blizzard does not allow any mods or programs to interact with WoW from the outside, or the other way around.
Lighthead is indeed a great mod, but
MobMap
might be worth checking out too, since it's more a thottbot/wowhead-like database, not just quest notes and locations.

Blizzard does not allow any mods or programs to interact with WoW from the outsideSoo... Lightheaded is using an offline database with all the quests/comments and it doesn't actually load comments from the interwebs? If this is true my love for this addon will drop by about 57%.

Its true. An AddOn is simply not allowed to connect to the internet like that. It would need to be an actual application to get comments from Wowhead live.

And to prevent bots and such, no applications are allowed to interact with WoW. iirc it's even bannable if you try. So that's not an option either.
If you look at the Lightheaded addon (and similar addons like mobmap), you'll see it has a lot of 'load on demand' addons. These are the comments and quest info.

My G15 keyboard interacts with wow, it shows my stats and other things on the LCD-screen
That is becouse WoW supports the G15 keyboard since patch 1.1, else it wouldn't be possible (or legal anyway).

It's not exactly 'in-game' per say, but if you add WoW as a game in Steam you can use the web browser from Steam to gain easier access to the Wowhead website while playing. I beleive the keys are then LeftShift+Tab to go to and from the web browser.
