FRAPS and Vegas. I wish there was a better recorder tho. That or I wish I had a Mac. They get a build in one with WoW >.>

Registered Fraps and Adobe Premiere. I think I'm using Adobe Premiere 6, but I can't remember. I haven't touched it in so long. Also AVISynth and VirtualDub.
Am i the only one running into this problem: when i record something with Fraps, the files are always WAY too big! I can't send them to anyone etc. ... You recommend me any good programs to make em smaller? : /No. Its the way recording works. You are recording the files in a lossless format so no quality is loss. This is how all recording programs work and is the better option because trying to record a video, play WoW, and encode the video at the same time would take one monster computer.
As for making the files smaller. VirtualDub along with the XviD or H26 codec is what you're looking for. However do NOT encode them to XviD or H26 and then try to edit them in a movie editor. You will run into problems, and you will be reducing the quality of your video.
