Worgen Racials were already previewed, they got a sprint, skinning without a knife, a damage increase and... less disease damage? Or diseases don't last as long?
Besides, by all the talk about re-re-revamping racials, I doubt shadowmeld will be much like its current form, and I do hope they finally make night/day matter and make certain racials (see: shadowmeld) work only during certain times. Now, as much as that would poopoo on game balance, it would bring a dynamic feel to it, but maybe that's just WC3 nostalgia coming in (where did that priestess... ffs I need dust!).

Aren't racials supposed to be the inherent skills and prowess of each race?
I mean, sure you could give the Worgen Shadowmeld, but how would you justify both the Night Elves
and
the Worgen having it?
Remember, the Worgen we get that are playable are Gilneas Humans that can turn into Worgen via a curse. Their racials come from the benefits they gain from their Worgen forms, and I don't remember ever reading anywhere that Worgens were capable of Shadowmeld.
True, Shadowmeld was given to the Night Elves by Elune herself (so says Tyrande in warcraft 3). Lore may even say "Yeas", depending on the "ancient relationship" between the worgen and the night elves. But it would still be extremely unoriginal and boring... not worth discussing it.
Now, explain me Human's perception and diplomacy =D.
Too true. Humans are probably the least diplomatic of the races at the moment ('Til Garrosh), and Perceptive? I think not.
