Why have a 200man raid group for for the ally?

if u have been on draneor then u proably are wondering too ok on my sever in trade chat people go lfm for 200man for the ally raid group its stupid because if a tank from the other raid group start killing then your group start and the tank that started from that group gets all the credit i mean whats the point if u dont get credit u waste all the friggin time for nothin wtf i did one toady and it was plain stupid

From what I can see this person is complaining about people advertising for 200 person raid groups. I believe the problem to be that if the tank from one raid group tags the target (a faction leader I'm assuming here) then only that one raid group can get credit for the kill and the other group(s) get nothing from that particular kill. And this person is complaining because they did one today and got no credit for their effort.
ok that makes a lot more sense. i guess in response to the op that sucks but there is really nothing else we can do about it i guess some advice would be to not do 200 man raids anymore.

Wouldn't matter who get's the 'tag' all alliance in the area get the kill. I had a lowbie in orgrimmar booting arse for Ragefire, suddenly got the kill Thrall achieve.

Nice try mon, but like adamsm said, its like a aoe buff for any alliance (or horde) in the area when a leader goes down.
