Yeah, they're all viable specs. Affliction is the most popular leveling spec though, and IMO probably the most balanced in terms of PvP, soloing and instancing.
Ultimately it's up to you. What I like to do is make potential specs for each tree in the talent calculators and see which one seems the most interesting. Give it a try; you might get really excited for a couple deciding talents and it's an awesome motivation to level =D

it really depends....all 3 are indeed viable but destruction requires a certain level of gear and stats (ie 25%+ crit) to really be useful.
to summarize what was said on another forum, aff is best for mana efficiency (dark pact + siphon life), (relatively) controlled threat since dots don't crit, and simplicity since you're just watching dots tick away while shadowbolting. demo is relatively flexible as far as pvp/pve goes (accomodates gear/resists more readily), enhanced survivability, and also gives you various pet options with master demo or sacking pet with sacrifice. on the downside you're in trouble if your pet goes down unless you sacked your pet so you may have to waste precious seconds re-summoning it, and it's alot more demanding then watching a dot timer. destro lacks the mana efficiency of aff but outputs alot of dps, although the uncontrollable threat due to shadowbolt crits is a worry. alot of warlocks with tier5/tier6 re-spec to destro because the dmg scaling atm is horrid on aff on the high end raids.
