Glyphs depend on what you're doing.
If you're only going to be doing Heroics for a long time (not 25 or 10mans often), Lesser Healing Wave
, Healing Wave
, and Water Mastery
might be your best bets.
Raiding glyphs are a bit tougher.Chain Heal
is definitely your best glyph.
Healing Wave is definitely not great.
Water Mastery is great in 10mans, especially if you don't have Replenishment/Spriest. In 25mans, you have a lot of mana regen being passed around, so it's a bit questionable.
Lesser Healing Wave isn't a perfect glyph. Though you will throw around LHWs fairly often, they won't always be on the target who has your Earth Shield.
(Personal note, I do
use Chain Heal, Water Mastery and Lesser Healing Wave for my glyphs)
Some other glyphs aimed at Resto, but have questionable worth are Mana Tide
, Healing Stream
Which totems to use?
As Elemental, the choice for Fire should be obvious: Wrath. As Resto, Flametongue.
The rest depend on your party/raid makeup.
For Strength, if you have a DK who reliably uses Horn of Winter, drop Stoneskin. Otherwise, drop Strength of Earth.
For Water, if you're fighting a boss with diseases/poisons, drop the appropriate cleansing totem. If a lot of group members are taking bits of damage, Healing Stream. Typically though, you'll drop Mana Spring.
Air is the only tough decision. If you have Recount (or another damage addon) it's pretty easy.
First, if you have a Frost DK in your raid/party, do Wrath of Air.
Otherwise, consider the melee DPS + tanks + hunter pets you have (and how much damage they output) versus caster DPS (and if it's a heal-intensive fight, consider Healers as well). Not necessarily how many of them, but how much damage they'll do. In a Heroic, if you have 2 caster DPS who just hit 80 the other day and 1 Rogue in best-in-slot gear, do Windfury (Unless you need a bit of help with your own cast times).
edit: Oh right, minor glyphs.Water Shield
. The other 2 are up to your best guess. I chose Renewed Life
so I don't need to worry about keeping Ankhs with me, and Waterwalking
because I hate gathering reagents, and I use it a whole lot more than Water breathing.
