Pandaren, come on, since I saw them in W3 I've wanted to know more about them
visit their island, know their culture (if it's indeed a hybrid of chineese and japanese culture then it's gonna be awesome)
if they are added as a playable race I'd be extremely tempted to reroll as one
Dual-katana wielding Samurai kung-fu Panda FTW

I would say Tauren, theyre their but no one is making much use of them and besides VC instance the only other tauren enemies in-game are either in 1K needles, Stonetalon Mountains or their in Naxx.
Don't forget Dustwallow Marsh.
And don't forget Feralas! :D

How about singular cultures or organizations?
I for one would like to see more of the Grimtotem Tauren and the Burning Blade Clan. When is Cairne going to put Magatha in her place? When is Thrall finally going to put the smack down on Neeru Fireblade?
I must admit it would be nice to see more of the Bloodsail Buccaneers and the South Seas Freebooters as well.

Lawl. The only thing the Forest Trolls hate as much as Blood Elves are humans. And High Elves. And Night Elves, if they ever saw them. And everything else.
Sorry, mate. Not gonna happen.

Forest/Jungle/Ice/Frost Trolls would never join the Alliance, only reason they joined the Horde in the first place was just because they were going to attack and kill Elves. The Alliance after all still have High Elves in it, as well as the same type of people who attacked their forces during the third war (aka Arthas leading the charge into Silvermoon ripping through the troll nations first), they might not have known he was undead, all they saw was a human leading an army.
They are up there with the Scarlet Crusade/Onslaught when it comes to xenophobes.
