Well, Your thought intrigues me...But I mean what if a huge amount of "Horde on goers" If you will get to be allies...I honestly wouldn't wanna be on the alliance side since I'm one of them...But not really Allies vs Horde...But Red vs Blue.

Well, they wouldn't necessarily have to change the textures/skins, I think it'd be nice to live in some nice buildings for once (I still <3 Horde, but l2build, kk? thnx.)
And forgive me if I'm wrong, and feel free to correct, but wasn't AV originally designed to give Alliance the upper hand Position/landscape wise?

lol. I say that Alliance have the upper hand in AV, however, I've seldom lost one. I'm not making up an excuse for losing, I was just stating facts.

I like the idea, but only because it would allieviate the QQ about the map being unfair. I find it isn't the map that causes the loss, however, but tactics or the lack thereof:
The alliance had the upper hand in the old zerg war due to how easily defended the Stormpike Graveyard is with its bridge into the camp. The frostwolf graveyard isn't easily defended. In the current attrition war scenario, the tables are turned as the chokepoint at Iceblood Graveyard with its easily defended towers is in the favor of the horde.
What always bothers me is that horde would rather continue to slug it out old-school at the bridge instead of going over towards the mine and then zerging through to the bunkers, this is the strategy my friends and I employ when on horde side and we can usually dps down anyone who chases us into the bunkers. Also, we never do this until we are certain that defense can handle backcapping the flags the alliance have zerged through.
On alliance, my biggest pet peeve is no one defending capped towers... this results in a loss, every time. I've never seen any group able to take down the general with more than 2 towers still uncapped.
I play on two servers stormreaver and lightninghoof, horde and alliance respectively.

Great idea!
I cant think of one good argument aginst this idea.
Mabey it might feel weird for a while playing on the oppisite side and you might have to learn a few new tricks...
But in ab they change the bases due to who controls them (Undead farm workers/alive ones) so it would not be that hard to put some of that into av.
