Yup. Played right, a rogue can pwn just about anything else. Those three classes are the only real challenge. Feral druids can be annoying if they shift to bear, but are only real trouble when you're being focused by other people in a BG.
I eat Locks and Hunters for breakfast in Arena. Nom nom corpse cookies!

Really you eat hunters with your rogue with that gear in arena? Have you ever faced a hunter who knows how to play?
Come to think of it....nope.

1v1 I find them no problem as a disc priest, but in team matches they screw me all up. Rogues generally can't kill me, but they throw my whole game off and annoy the @#$% out of me.

lol poor huntards. raise your hand if your first toon was a Night Elf Hunter
Shamefully raises hand...and yes, I was terribad at it back then. lol
Anywho, arena and BGs are two completely different beasts. In arena, you are facing people who are a little more serious about PvP. Sure, you will run into alot of terribad players, but, it's not as likely as it is a BG. Their partners will make a huge difference too.
In a BG, 1v1, a good feral druid will be a real pain. When they shift to bear, FF you, bleed you, then hit barkskin, it is major suckage. They can also stun you, throw up a couple heals, then back to bear form. My Mut typically hits other classes for between 1200-1800, depending on their res and armor, but a feral druid with barksin up and in bear form, I was hitting for 450 Muts.
Frost mages just suck. A good one has no anti-classes, as I have learned very quickly having finally hit 80 on my rogue 5 days ago. He was my twink in BC at level 29 for a bit, then collected dust for about a year. Rogue USED to be the mage's anti-class, but that's no longer true of frost mages.
Warriors bleed like an SOB, but, if you get them first, you havbe a good chance. If they get you first, they will charge and bleed you up fast, which really screws up the play book. I found something that works quite well with most warriors. Cheap shot them, as most won't trinket this because they are waiting on the kidney shot, but instead of KS, rupture, then dismantle. Rack up your CP and by the time dismantle is about up, even with a weapon chain, you can now KS. If they trinket, vanish and and reopen with a cheap shot again, activate sprint to anticipate the whirl wind to kite them, 5 CP eviscerate/envenom and they should be dead by then. If not, well, you're most likely going to be bled at this point and you might not kill him.
In world PvP and BGs, that works almost every time. In arena, not sure I would just pick on the warrior. Usually you have a partner to do that for you.
That said, most other classes aren't real bad.

Right, the question is better "what
doesn't
a Rogue counter in PvP?". Pretty much anything with a shield, or a good Frost Mage.
But yes, Rogues do counter Warlocks the best.
