Hmm....
Well, I'd say get either
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40451
or
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40503
in order to get some hit so you can reach hitcap and you'll have the option of ditching the hit-trinket you have later.
Second, 24 stam gem should be a 16 AP, 12 stam gem in your pants. In the belt, you should have a 16 agi gem.
Other than that, you're pretty on-the-ball. Keep going to Naxx-25 so you can get the Valorous shoulders, pants, chest, and gun. Go to Maly-25 since you're geared for it and try to get the boots and hands.
Your spec is immaculate, so nothing needs changed there, except maybe 3 points from Imp AotH into Improved Stings since you DO already have the glyph.
Speaking of glyphs, you may want to consider Serpent Sting glyph instead of Viper. As it stands, Survival is ridiculously mana-efficient, and we're rarely in viper for more than ten seconds or so during any given boss encounter. I'd rather have 3 extra seconds of serpent sting personally. Fits well with the improved Stings suggestion.
I'd even go so far as to say you're probably geared enough for Ulduar as is if you wanted to level an alt. Since when Ulduar hits, we'll be switching out half of our gear anyway.

Was thinking the same myself, you werent so much ignored as there really isnt much room for improvement ... And also agree with serpent sting glyph, being steady is used as so much of a filler between explosive shots.

Your hit rating is a bit low. Get that up to 263. Your haste is a bit high, I would take somne points (like 3) out of IAotH and put them into improved stings...the extra damage Serpent sting does will help.

Hit Rating is fine if you account for a Dranei in group, or maybe use the HR food .. BUT if that was worked out, could lose the HR trinket ...

IMO you should never rely on having a Draenei in the raid to reach your hit cap. There are alot of instances where you could be too far away to receive the buff, and occasionally you may not even have a Draenei in the raid. Happens in my guild occasionally.
You can always carry some non-hit gear to swap in when you know you will be in range of the buff though.

Draenei buff is only received if they're in your group as well, so the chances aren't great, but if you have a competent raid leader, you should be able to request that a draenei be put in your group.

Hey I was wondering if I can get some feedback as well for my hunter.
Im hit capped with 3/3 focused aim yet Im still not sure whether or not to replace the agi gem with hit rating gem so I can use the 3/3 focus aim points else where. Any advice would be appreciated.

Could you post a link to your wowarmory for us?

It's best to reach the HR cap without using FA, for 1 FA hits can not crit (though it's not much) and otherwise it's 3 talents points that surely can be invested somewhere else for a better return ...
I personally did some number crunching with some enchants / gems for HR cap and it broke down to something like 100AP I gained via enchants and gems versus 3talent points with near limitless possibilities ...

hey sorry for not posting up my armory.

Well yeh I was thinking of putting in Grim Toll and switching out one of my trinkets and then using my 3 talent points in either hunting party, serpent sting, and IAOH.
What do you guys think?

Well, I'd say we're similarly geared, but I went out of my way to gear for hit so I wouldn't have to gem, enchant, or spec for HR
http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Twisting+Nether&n=Janube
Our spec is also identical except I took 2 from FA into Imp stings, and the last one into Trap mastery, as I do enjoy trap-dancing until 3.1
I can't in good conscience recommend Grim Toll to hunters because it isn't hard to gear for hit while retaining AP. You usually lose a percent or two in crit, but I think that's better than losing an entire trinket.
For example, let's substitute my hands for Calculated Risk hands, since they're better in every way by a little, and I need to fetch them anyway- Versus your Valorous hands. Putting aside the potential 4p bonus, because it's mostly worthless-
Agi-43-53
Stam-57-60
Int-40-43
Hit-38-16
Crit-55-0
Haste-0-43
AP-150-134
The tradeoff is ~14 AP and 39 haste for 55 crit, 22 hit, and 16 AP, which winds up at 55 crit, 22 hit, and 2 AP for 43 haste
I'd say the 10 agi for expose-weakness purposes is negligible here, the Calculated Risk gloves should win out easily.
That's just one way. You lose some haste for more crit and a good amount of hit.
Then there's Fool's Trial, Hyaline Helm of Sniper, and Pack-Ice Striders. All good sources of hit that size up to your current gear fairly well aside from giving more hit.
Then you waste neither trinket nor talent points.
Otherwise, I'd say you're very well geared. Y'know, go for Journey's End, Surge Needle Ring, etc. High-end material.
Get JC to 375 ASAP so you can throw 27 agi gems in your neck, chest, and wrist. Assuming you're keeping your hit-gems. If you get close to hitcap without the gems, kill those first, since the JC gems count towards the meta requirements.
