Edit: 1300 hours CET.
This is what works best in my guild and my raids. Alot of good healers there and they are very fast on heals, meaning i either have to have have a tick from renew + a flash heal/coh almost instantly after the hp is lost to not overheal. I'm guessing if you have alot of good healers Overhealing might be your problem.
or you need more haste? reasons druids and shamans might snipe is because there class need haste to work effectivly. A holy priest doesn't NEED haste to be effective, however having that 20% benchmark really does allow Holy to pump out heals like an F1 car in a straight line.

Hey Cohut,
the glyphs are not in line with the spells ?
glyph FH & Renew but your spells are CoH >PoM. Why not glyph them instead ?
CoH got a cooldown, and its situational, I use CoH for proccing SoL + an extra instant heal if less than 2-3 people are taking damage, meaning the +1 target for CoH is a total waste. Renew Glyph makes your empower renew and ticks higher. If you don't like to use renew, sure go CoH or PoH instead. But i find renew alot more beneficial and i prefer renew as a spell :) popping renews on party members loosing some hp cause them to be "automaticly" healed for the remainer of the renew incase he gets more damage.
PoM cant be glyphed, so thats fine.
inc more flaming...
what you're suggesting cohut, is that the priest turns into a druid. Priests aren't meant to use Renew as a primary heal, because druids are MUCH better tuned HoT-wise. Granted it's your play style, but it sounds like you want to be a resto druid. The renew talent you're talking about only heals the target for 15% of the total renew, not the entire effect( 25% with the HORRIBLE HORRIBLE T9 4set).
Inc continued flaming,
Renew glyph doesn't make your Empowered Renew hit for more.
