You are going to reply to this thread, every day, with how much weight you've lost? Don't. It will look really egocentric. Make yourself a document for yourself (and possibly family/friends), and post it there.
Also, weighting yourself on a day-to-day basis is not very accurate. I drink over a liter (which translates to a kilogram) tea every morning. My weight over the next few hours will be inaccurate to up to 1 kg, even though I haven't really gained any weight.

is it normal that if I spend 2 days without food
That is a terrible, terrible idea.
Cut back on eating junk food and snacks. Just not eating period will leave you drained physically and mentally, and most of the time when someone does this, they'll end up over eating to regain that lost energy, possibly even gaining weight.

No. Bad, bad idea.
In addition to what TheMediator said, it's a slippery slope. Starts out with one or two days not eating, before you know it
BAM!
, eating disorder.
Eat healthily, exercise regularly and you will lose far more weight than starving yourself.

That occurs is some cases too. I mean, either way you go, you're just going to be hurting yourself by not eating.

What i don't understand is no matter how much people are told, they still go on extreme diets.
The most effective healthy way to become a healthy person is to eat a balanced diet, and exercise every day!

The point is that it won't prevent breakdown, but cause it, because your body won't have the nutrients required to rebuild muscle.

okay a couple things here:
1. This is a bad idea, you have to eat, vitamins wont cut it. Listen to your body and freaking eat.
2. The way you build muscles when you work out is when you work out you a breaking those muscles and when your body repairs them they get bigger to adapt to the strain put on them.
3. If you do a starvation diet your body goes into survival mode and then everything you eat will be stored, and what is the way your body stores food energy? Its fat, see it doesnt work.
4. Seriously man, eat, people die because of eating disorders, if you cannot force yourself to eat go get help. No one wants you to die.

This happened to my friend's brother. Never EVER use a starvation diet.
It seems like some people think there is a shortcut to maintaining a good figure. While it is true that some people has a tougher time keeping their weigth where they want it because of genetic things (at least I believe so) the only thing you can do is what everyone told you. A healthy diet and regular exersize is the one and only way.
