Until about level 40, Warriors are very hard to play. With a healer, however, you'd be much better off. Multi pulls while soloing almost always equal death. Once you get some plate and some of the better talents and abilities, you'll do much better. You don't really need keybindings for that early, but keeping your healer alive means
you stay alive. Keep Taunt close by, your priest buddy will thank you.
I leveled Arms, but went Fury at about 60. My first 10 points are almost always 5 in Deflection and 5 in Cruelty. From there it depends on the spec. Improved Charge is good, but know when to use it. Don't charge into big groups of mobs, get a ranged weapon to pull. It's good practice anyway. Iron Will is almost pure PvP and Imp. Thunderclap is great for tanking but could also help you level. At 30,
this seems like a good spec. Don't ever put points in Improved Rend.
At 40, I'd respec to
pick up Mortal Strike. It's great. Big, slow 2H weapon (obviously take the specialization of the weapon you're using--don't use an axe with sword spec!).
Nothing really major for 50, I'd probably go with
this. I love Rage and can seemingly never get enough, so I'd probably be here:
around 60. Tactical Mastery lets you switch stances and do almost every ability you've got. Alternatively, you could switch to Fury at this point and dual wield:
this is what I did. Mortal Strike is great, but Bloodthirst is pretty good too. Shield Slam is also surprisingly good at damage. All the 31 point talents are actually pretty awesome.
At 70 you can basically do whatever you want, it very much depends on your gear though.
Key talents are Deflection and Cruelty, Tactical Mastery later. Mortal Strike with the correct specialization, or Bloodthirst with Enrage + Flurry. Improved Overpower anytime you can, it will crit most of the time with it. If you dual wield you need lots of +hit, so Precision is a favorite talent there.
That's about it. Iron Will, Improved Hamstring, Second Wind in Arms, and Piercing Howl and maybe Blood Craze in Fury are more PvP oriented than PvE, but most can be used in PvE ok too. Mace Spec is nice for PvP also, with a
Deep Thunder/
Stormherald later on you'll make a lot of people pretty angry.
That's about all, I guess. For the early levels I rarely had a ton of fun, more often I was dying a lot. But you scale pretty well as you level (until you hit 70, when you go right back to the bottom until you get better gear).
