Fake cast. Warrior in a Frost Nova. Charge a long frostbolt. Stop at the very last second. Ice Lance off the spell reflect, cast sheep. Blow cooldowns, rip off his face.

Don't forget to put up Frost ward for his spell reflects when you want to exhaust it with your ice lance. If you're Arcane, and have Incanter's Absorption, all their spell reflects really do is allow you to buff your own spellpower. If you have frost ward up, even a random crit on an ice lance shouldn't damage you much, or at all.
Once you know the fight, warriors are easy. They're UP'd, right now, IMO.
You also need to hotkey Lvl 1 frostbolt. It's expensive, but it's fast as hell, and it can proc a frostbite or FoF. In duels or arenas involving melee, it can be quite useful. Against warriors, it's freaking golden. They don't have cleanse.

The Ice Lance won't hit you for 1.5k unless you got FoF proc.
It will, since the situation presumes that the Warrior is frozen by a Nova/Frostbite/Petfreeze.
+1 for only Protection Warriors being able to reflect. It's just ridiculous that they can swap weapons to get what essentially belongs to another spec. It's like me swapping from Frost to Fire and back just to get a Dragon's Breath in... now that would definitely be OP, wouldn't it?
Yeah, it's making Warrior-Druid a !@#$% right now in 2's.

Unless they changed it in WotLK (I never really paid attention TBH), you aren't considered as frozen when someone reflects a frost spell while frost nova'd
If you have a FoF proc, it will hurt you as if you where frozen.

Ah sheesh, fine, here's a semi-detailed dueling guide to beating Arms warriors as a Frost Mage.
Ice Armor+Ice Barrier+Frost Ward up at all times.
Jump the charge. What does this mean? If you're 180 degrees away from the warrior, and you jump when he charges, you get stunned in mid-air, and you keep moving, landing a good 4-5 yards away from him by the time he reaches you. This works even better when you're mounted (warriors really really hate you for doing this).
Depending on how far you've landed from the warrior, and what he spent his first GCD on, you have several decisions to make. If he hamstrings/piercing howl first, it's fairly safe to use frost nova. If he starts off with a MS w/ Juggernaut, your IB is most likely about to explode. If you frost nova, get just barely out of melee distance and start fake casting a frostbolt. Ice Lance off the spell reflect, polymorph, gain distance, and get a clean opener. If you wait for Shattered Barrier, instantly DF him.
Be ready to stop casting if he trinkets the polymorph into an intercept, you need to blink away from this. If he doesn't, just turret with your pets out, and watch for reflects. It's very hard to reflect reliably with 4 targets casting on him. At this point, you're just looking to get him in a full Deep Freeze, and then nuke. If you DF'd him after Shattered Barrier, he's probably going to trinket instantly. Hit him with a CoC, and start kiting. Blink the intercepts, jump the charges. Cast while both are on CD. Live 30 seconds, catch him in a full DF, you win.
Some tricks you have at your disposal are if your water elemental has freeze up, and you have him sitting in a frost nova, and you have no dots. Cast a frostbolt, and you can cancel when he spell reflects, and heal yourself to 100% with a polymorph. You keep him rooted with pet freeze while you wait for the 10 seconds to come up. DF him when you get out of your own sheep, and then destroy.
If you accidentally blink a charge, then you have to INSTANTLY trinket the intercept. You HAVE to save Ice Block for Bladestorm. Don't wait for skillstorm to pop your ice barrier, you should block instantly. You always want to be in a situation where when your ice barrier pops, you can instantly put on a second one for virtually back to back 7k absorption.
Dead-zone kiting. Basically, stay in the 5-8 yard range, spam ice lance, coc, and novas. When reflect is down, shatter combo. DF as often as possible.
Also, if DF is reflected at any point of the fight, you're in a bad situation. If you let a warrior stay on you for even 3 seconds (intercept), you will take nearly irrecoverable damage.

I don't play Warrior but you realise how retarded it would be if Warriors could only Spell Reflect as prot. There's nothing that says Spell Reflect was made for Prot. Warriors would be ridiculously easy if they couldn't reflect, not only for Mages, but most classes.
If you can't fake casts it's probably your problem and the Warrior probably deserves to beat you for being more skilled than you.
Oh and practice makes perfect OP, start duelling. Ask warriors you duelled things you don't understand. PvP alot, etc. Text guides don't really help in the heat of the moment.
I agree; it still makes no difference in a duel.
However, like Zollik said, it makes life a &*!@# in 2v2 vs. Arms Warrior and Resto Druid. I hate any arena team anywhere with a f*cking Resto Druid.

Barely beating a prot warrior blowing all of his CDs, in three different duels. The last one, I decided to go more offensive.

I'll make sure to record a couple against some good arms warriors.
