Wow. Just.. wow.
Very impressive for something we'll be getting out of KZ/Zul'Aman.

2.3 also makes ret more like MS warrior... so i guess you can use that instead

The new set has amazing stats and it looks sick. WIth these rewards, maybe we could expect a AP/STRwhatever -> Spelldamage conversion talent?
Lets hope so atleast :)
which spec? and why?
holy + prot paladins have low AP so doesn't matter too much, it'll help but it'll be minor
ret paladins depend on weapon damage for DPS as seal of blood ignores spelldamage and seal of command only uses 20% coefficient

The healing gear doesn't have any +crit on it so it isn't very attractive to me. The boots, with their two sockets, are quite nice but my current have about twice as much crit (assuming you use two +8 gems) so erm...hrrm.
All of which is fine by me as it means I don't have to grind away in heroics for thousands of badges!

Matter of opinion, but I think Blizzard is starting to agree with most players: mp5 > +crit now that Illumination has been nerfed.
I love that gear. Too bad it'll replace most all of the gear I've worked so damned hard to get (T4 shoulders.. muy triste.)

Well of course it is good for players who don't do 25 man raids and people who only have T4.
As for mp5 > crit...ha!

Retribution spec, ofc, do you even have to ask that? And theres much else than just Seal damage. Crusader strike has 40% coeffieicent, Youd ont use SoB for pvp for seal of command comes in hand there aswell, consecration, Judgement of blood, command and rigtheousness. So yeah, SD would come in hand.
they're changing crusader strike as far as i know in 2.3 so it doesn't rely on spelldamage so much
Command doesn't get enough from spelldamage to prefer it over AP
consecration wastes too much mana for pvp unless you're destealthing a rogue or something, in which case rank 1 should be fine, in other words, you're not using consecration for DPS, most people aren't stupid enough to stand there for more then 1 tick of the damage, 600 mana for 200 damage is very stupid in my opinion
you wouldn't be using righteousness as ret anyways
so yes, i have to ask that question
