EVERYONE is having this problem.
I was lucky enough to get on for 20 mins, then it booted me.
The new stuff is great. too many windows pop up for tutorial and take off all of your add-ons before starting to play

I have the same issues and clearly a lot of people have. As always Blizz-blueposts are blaming pretty much anyone for their mistakes, but the fact reamins: people who could log in just fine yesterday and has updated, cannot log in now. They didnt change a thing and therefor the problem
must
be the patch. For now, as i said, Blizz will blame every single addon or microsoft for their mistake, but its just a defence-mechanism to buy time. I recommend to sit back and wait. Do not re-install, do not /format c:, do not start messing with window-files, unless you know what youre doing. Blizzard WILL fix the problem for you. They run a buisness and they really wanna keep you as a paying customer.
