I've been trying to get an Armory resync for my newest character for 10 days, I have 21 other characters that all resync with the Armory without any problems.
I started a thread about it:
Unable to resync from the Armory error for new character
. Got a reply from a WoWHead team member 5 days ago saying that they're "currently investigating this issue" but nothing new since then.
I can view the character perfectly fine on the EU Armory, so I know the character does exist on there, but it would be nice to know a little more than "we're investigating". Is there any other information that those of us being affected by this error can provide?

im unable to resync Mazmartos of burning blade. im always 2nd in queue and then "The data was partially retrieved, so a full Armory resync has been requested. Unable to resync from the Armory: Character does not exist"
