Switched a couple things around from your list. It's pretty hard to rank things in the middle. Also depends on which difficulties you are trying too, of course. We are more or less oneshotting all of the early bosses. I missed on Tuesday this week, but in 4 hours they cleared up to Mimiron. On Wednesday we had a 1% wipe on Mimiron and killed on second attempt, and on Vezax we had a bad kick early in the first attempt (and everything went to hell), but then we easily killed it second attempt.
Still working on 25 man Yogg-Saron. Maybe tonight it will happen.

See, now that we've downed Mimiron a couple times, I don't feel it's that hard. Phase 1 is healing intensive on the tank and need to keep CDs up on him, but it's pretty easy to get through with no deaths. Phase 2 is an AoE healing fest and just paying attention. We can often see 1 or 2 deaths in this phase. Phase 3 is easy and no one ever dies (well, now that they nerfed it and we actually tank the assault bots). Phase 4 is hectic for the mere fact that Shock Blast and the PewPew Barrage can happen at the same time, which can screw some people over.
I mean, it's up there in difficulty, and I'd put it slightly above Vezax.
Definately three tiers of difficulty in Ulduar. Everything in the Siege area is pretty easy and on the same level. The next three bosses are about the same, maybe a half step up. Three of the four keepers are more or less the same difficulty, then Mimiron and Vezax are about the same with Yogg being another half step up.

So just wrapped up our 10 man tonight. We did Freya with one guardian up (one wipe, then cleared). We basically 9 manned Mimiron and one-shot it (rogue ran over three mines and blew up). Wiped twice on Vexaz because of bad luck on healing debuffs and buggy green stuff. Yogg-Saron was so stupidly easy (we got lots of practice after 10 hours of wiping in 25 man over the past few weeks). Did Hodir hard mode one-shot, Thorim hard mode two-shot. Iron Council hard mode one-shot. Kologarn is a snoozefest, Auriaya is simple...
Seriously, the more experience you get, the more trivial the fights are.

I have added tactitcs for bossess aswell. :)
Flame Leviathan - only basic tactic needed
Razorscale - tank and spank
XT-002 Desconstructor - kill thrash fast, nuke heart hard
Kologarn - run away from lighting
Assembly of Iron - heal tanks, get away from buffs with boss
Auriaya - all about first 20 secs, stay infront of boss
Ignis - hard for healers, blow up adds
Freya - kill 3 adds same time, nuke rest
Thorim - spread your group good
Hodir - don't take nabs to raid
Mimiron - hard for healers, nab check
? General Vezax
? Yogg-Saron

Freya
Auria
Thorim
Hodir
Vezax
Mimiron
Yoggy
The first four bosses are basically free loot.
Mimiron is the idiot check/don't stand in the bad stuff fight from hell, Vezax is a push-over... Thorim isn't "hard" per se, it just requires a bit of concentration. Auria (or however you spell it) is cake once you have the pull down.
Hodir requires smart tanks and kickass healers, Freya is a "PAY ATTENTION" fight and I have never downed Yoggy (not enough raiding nights in a week QQ)

This list is 10 man for me.
Flame Leviathan
Razorscale
XT
Thorim
Ignis
Kologarn
Auriaya
Iron Council
Freya
Hodir (Hodir isn't exactly hard with FR gear, just was one of the harder fights for us without it.)
Mimiron
Can't comment on vezax/yogg yet, though on our 2 vezax attempts, he looked pretty simple.

The only problem with Vezax is that he hits INCREDIBLY hard. The only reason we died the other night is that I took three strikes in a row without an avoidance mixed in, and one of the healers was transitioning to/from a green puddle. I haven't seen it from the healing or DPS side so I don't know how bad it is, but the other mechanics (kiting and interrupting) aren't bad. He just hits like a truck (more like 10 trucks).

We were actually tanking through the kiting phase when we did our 2 attempts, and got him to 75% on our 2nd attempt without it being too hard, but we forgot to interrupt like 3 of the aoes that attempt. They had me healing that week, but mana wasn't an issue on that 2nd attempt for as far as we got.

How many guilds have actually even FACED Algalon? 3-4? TOPS? Sarth+3 was a fight that the majority of players never got to see, Algalon is a fight that the majority of players who DID see Sarth 3D will never get to see (or at least not get to beat)...
Until all the other Ulduar bosses are on farm anyway.
