Ya.... It's one of these posts....
But, I know(for the most part) what I'm talking about. I have a fair amount of resil, will push over 400 possibly tonight if we manage to have WG(shoulder and head enchants from the wg vendor).
I'm using the stam trinket from my tanking set, and I think it helps a lot. It's a fun change from being constant melee all the time. Some fights I can sit back and spam starfire while the horde sit there confused.
Anyways. I mainly just need comments on my spec. I think this one does well for PvP, I'm not sure about optimal for PvP tho. The armory link is in my sig(feral goodness =).

The problems I found with Moonkin pvp this season is that survivability is
very low. Moonkin HoTs are obviously not enough to heal through any damage indeffinitely, but they won't even buy you 10 seconds. The infamous druid mobility is weak for a moonkin also. So find a healer to play with. Pally would be ideal.
For talents, try to get Brambles. It's a really nice talent. The Trees are your biggest and best "let's finish this" CD, so the damage boost to them is very worthwhile, as is the daze effect. Confuses the hell out of people. Add to making thorns hit for over 350 per hit and it's win win.
Nature's Splendor is nice as it boosts a lot of spell you use frequently for just 1 point.
I think iIS is a bit underwhelming in PvP also.

Get the 4 set pvp bonus asap. There is some great opportunity for burst from that bonus.
If you find healers in short order and would like more 1v1 survivability,
Typhoon/NS is always an option. (imp Moonkin had to be cut)
And don't forget you can abolish poison in moonkin form now. It's a really wonderful thing when rogues are afoot :-)
