This is a great guide.
However, regarding the Black Knight encounter, he also uses Death's Respite on phase one. It stuns, then throws the target, and hits for somewhere around 12k damage (?).
Reported for sticky btw =).

Also. Just remembered another thing that may help a ton.
The bosses for the first encounter can be stunned and silenced.

Hurricane Arrows: Summons a cloud of lightning to hit anyone caught under it. It's just like Druid's hurricane, but a little different with out it hits.
Just, no.
He summons a Hurricane above himself when "charging" his arrows. After which he'll get a number of lightning-charged arrows that inflict regular + 3k damage orso.
Also, I always kill the warrior first, because his charge can insta-gib a healer, and his mortal strike is horrible. After that, it's usually the mage, hunter, rogue and finally shaman. In that order. The shaman doesn't heal for @#$% anyway.
