2h is much more viable than DW if anybody asks me. DW gets gibbed by parry haste LOTS. Twice as more attacks bosses can parry. Might change in 3.3, but it is not so obvious.
Parry haste mechanics for certain raid bosses got turned off several patches ago. So no parry gibbing.
If the boss hits hard enough to 1shot a tank when parry gibbed its off. As far as i know most of bosses hit hard enough. And if not - the damage is healable anyway.
The only problem with DW tanking is that you have to use 6 talent points to make it viable. These talent points could be put someowhere else. There is no 1h RotSG yet so you may lack some def/stats due to DW.
Before patch 3.3 there is seriously no point in going DW tanking, unless you like it different.
As for the build i am not an expert of frost tanking but what i heard 3/3 Scent of Blood is overkill. 2/3 is perfectly enough for Frost tank. Frost part is pretty standard, though i would rather use Hungering Cold over Deathchill. CC becomes more and more valuable with recent patch.
Also Glyph of D&D is almost useless with the spec you are using (not speced for Morbidity), you wont use much D&D as Frost anyway. Rune strike is number 1 threat glyph.
Not using minor glyph of Pestilence in any DK build is retarded. Blood tap glyph is slight cosmetics. Certainly not worth the slot.
