with the changes to GotEM i'd say...
if your haste or healing style makes NG near useless for you then grab
11/0/60
if your haste is low enough or your play style warrants it, go with the traditional
14/0/52+5
, fill out 2 of the following based on play style and preference, living seed, imp tranq, revitalize, imp barkskin, or top off tranquil spirit and subtlety
grab glyph of WG if you're raid heals, nourish for tank heals...maybe rebirth if you're working on progression and expect some unaffordable casualties (rebirth's cd was reduced once more don't forget) although i'd expect one of the afformentioned glyphs would prevent it from being needed
(i've no idea what the current state of glyph of rejuv is, last i used it it was a worthless glyph)

Based on personal experience I'd say pick up Living Seed and dump Revitalize. The extra heal from the seed gives you a nice cushion in situations when you're spam-healing to keep someone alive. Revitalize was underwhelming in five mans.
If you're going to be pugging a lot, I'd recommend the
Improved Tranq
spell. The cooldown is nice, but the reduction in threat is godly. Really helpful when you get that unexpected pack of mobs and the dps all jump on them before the tank has a chance to do anything. Spec out of it when you start raiding, though.
For glyphs the only one I couldn't live without was
Swiftmend
. I can't imagine being resto without that glyph. I used
Nourish
and
Wild Growth
for the other two, but there's other viable options. It really boils down to play-style.

will probably be my build, unless I reach enough haste rating for 2/3 Celestial Focus, whereas I will take the point from Celestial Focus and finish off Revitalize for 3/3.
That spec already has 3/3 revitalize. Is it missing something else you meant to include?
I didn't list a third glyph because I'll be swapping it based on every fight most likely, between the Rejuvenation and Nourish or possibly Rebirth, I have no idea. On a fight like Sindragosa with constant raid wide damage, I wouldn't want to be using the new Rejuv glyph, for example, so I'd fill it in with something else, even if that something else is complete crap.
Unless I'm mistaken the new 'faster-ticks' Rejuv Glyph isn't replacing the existing 'extra-heals-under-50%' Rejuv Glyph, but will be it's own separate gylph.
