T10 Restoration 2P Bonus - Your Riptide spell grants 20% spell haste for your next spellcast.
T10 Restoration 4P Bonus - Your Chain Heal critical strikes cause the target to heal for 25% of the healed amount over until cancelled.
T10 Elemental 2P Bonus - Your Lightning Bolt spell reduces the remaining cooldown on your Elemental Mastery talent by 1 sec.
T10 Elemental 4P Bonus - The cooldown on your Lava Burst ability is reduced by 1.5 sec.
T10 Enhancement 2P Bonus - When you activate your Shamanistic Rage ability you also deal 12% additional damage for 15 sec.
T10 Enhancement 4P Bonus - Each time the beneficial effect of your Maelstrom Weapon talent reaches 5 charges, you have a 15% chance to gain 20% attack power for 10 sec.
So, what do you think? Besides the obvious bugs as follows, they seem really awesome!

Elemental 2P seems like a nice bonus, not sure on the 4P. Its clearly a DPS increase, but depending on the timing could be awkward with Flame Shock.

Also, the 4 set on Elemental is hilarious. What, causes your LvB to split and also hit the target 7 seconds before it hits?

Way too many typos in that list for it to be taken 100% unfortunately, but I like what I see so far. Definitely an improvement over our last tier IMO.

Love the idea of the CH applying a hot.
I wonder if the hot is applied to all 4 chain heal targets when you crit, or just the first. I know it seems like a dumb thing to wonder, however if you consider the huge boost to chain heal that would grant, it seems too good to be true.
The 2PC is great, since I miss the Tidal Waves haste proc to LHW...now I get it back. Lightning fast, uber buffed LHW incoming!

Each jump of CH has a chance to crit independently of the targeted or jumped targets. If I had to guess is that each person the crit happens to will get the HOT.

I would also asume that this is trigered by over healing the target. So if you heal someone 1k less than full life with a 1500 crit heal then the 25%of 500 if what the hot would be for. This is only a guess from the way it is worded. My question is about this part.

I am sure that this will be reworded to put a time on it. X sec. etc. If not then everyone in the raid will have a restro shaman hot on them the whole time.

I don't think they would allow that to happen.
I think the missing element is the TIME element. "Your Chain Heal critical strikes cause the target to heal for 25% of the healed amount over X SECONDS or until cancelled." They may still be working out the time to let the hot tick.
Just image TEH HOTNESS if you had a Healing Stream down, CH hot and Earthliving on someone THEN threw them a Riptide! I just did some involuntary. BRB new pants.
