As far as AddOns go, I can see AG_UnitFrames, ItemRack, TrinketMenu, CT_Mod, Bartender, and DeuceCommander on his minimap. Then theres some type of combat text AddOn. I don't know if its Bliz's default, Parrot, Mik's ScrollingBattleText, or ScrollingCombatText.
Macros are going to be very hard to figure out I think. Outside of the basic Spell Reflect and weapon swap macros. I can see at least 3 on his bar.
