So, I've changed my mind. Your Eternal Reward is the best knife I've ever used, but I don't really like the Dead Ringer.
get the Cloak and Dagger
I have it.
But, once again, and I don't like the Dead Ringer.

Use the CnD if you're still trying to get used to Spy. It allows for more room for error. You can bide your time until the opportunity presents itself for you to strike. Once you've mastered that, you can use the default or DR to make your own opportunities.

Yeah I really don't get those items. Typically if you're using your kukri you've already taken a hit or two, and no one is accurate enough against good players to put the Bazaar Bargain to good use. I mean, it's great against teams that can't move and shoot at the same time, but you could use any rifle and win those matches.
I wouldn't ever not use my Jarate + Bushwacka combination, personally.
I'm going to assume you use the default Rifle?
I typically use either the default or the Huntsman, but I'll use the Sleeper if the situation calls for it. All sort of depends on the situation.

I find the CnD is better for learning maps than spies. If I know where every 200 metal ammo is on a map, I can't imagine why I'd use CnD.

That's the thing. There's metal everywhere. Most people think a fallen player's weapon just despawned if you run over it while cloaked. Just run in after a skirmish and your cloak is replenished. I believe weapons give 100 metal, right? Which should be 50% of your cloak, no?

For some reason, it seems like a little less. It
should
be 50%, but when I'm eyeballing it it looks more like 40% or so.

I like the CnD when I spy, because it let's me move quietly and plan what I'm going to do without anyone bothering me. It helps when you want to take down a fortified position, but you don't know what exactly it is.

So maybe the Dead Ringer isn't all so bad...

I could not use the Dead Ringer worth crap. I was absolutely horrible with it, then I fiddled around with it and decided that it is amazing.

Heya pezz, did you get my friend request? I sent one awhile ago under the name "okolorion☭" but either it was the wrong person, or you haven't answered. If you don't want me as a friend, that's cool, just deny the request.

Think you may have sent it to the wrong person. Either that or I'm looking in the wrong place for where it tells you people have added you.

Ah, I did send it to the wrong person. Resending.

NOW YOU KNOW WHY

I want that Sniper Rifle

I think I do, but I don't know what a tracer shot is.
Edit, also: Is that an engi weapon that says it damages projectiles? You can finally stop counting on pyros who know how to play defensively?
Also also I'm surprised there aren't any new soldier weapons. For a while there it seemed like they were adding two a week.

Thror
I hear you on those soldier weapons.
Yeah, the shooting projectiles thing looks like an interesting niche. Sniping missiles and especially those pesky demo grenades might be awesome. The downside is that it uses metal as ammo.

Depending on where you set yourself up that shouldn't be a problem. Level 3 dispenser + nearby 200 metal crate can last a very long time, even for the most trigger happy engi.
