Garrosh is awesome. Anyone who disagrees is dismissed. Not quite sure how to respond to this. So I'll just say that Baine could kick Garrosh's ass.
I think both of them are awesome.
Besides, Baine doesn't exactly give the impression that he hates Garrosh ingame.Or in the book. But still. Baine is just as tough as his father, but where his father was over a hundred years old, Baine is still in his fighting prime.
Garrosh is a mountain of muscle, but Baine is a goddamned bull.

I'm sure he could if he'd bothered to. However, the first time someone said "no, your other left!" to him, he decided that directions were a threat to the orcish race.

There is only one direction! FORWARD!
Garrosh is a simple minded fool who really lives by the logic: "If violence doesn't solve the problem, you aren't using enough of it."
But hey, he's an orc. That race have been living half of their race's lifespan on this logic, so it can't be THAT wrong. Still, personally, I would favor Thrall at any moment :P Always liked the whole ThrallxJaina thing they had going there, regardless of how unfitting it may seem for the Orc Warchief. He may not be as bloodthirsty or strong(?) as Garrosh, but regardless of how "emotionally" effected he was, he was still a damn good leader. No one just gathers together the Orcs, Trolls and Taurens under one banner, without being a somewhat competent leader.
The think that irks me about Garrosh, but could lead to some interesting things, perhaps quests similar to the quest-chain following the Wrathgate, is that Garrosh is, to me at least, the type of guy who is easy to manipulate. Promise him battle and glory, and he'll be barking on four legs in a matter of seconds.
But I suppose time will tell :P

People who argue that Garrosh isn't a tool, the first thing Magatha did was use him as a tool to kill Cairne. Nuff said.

No, it's not enough said. None of them knew that Cairne had been poisoned besides Magatha. If he knew Cairne was poisoned, then maybe he would be a tool. As it was, it was an unfortunate coincidence, seeing as how I'm pretty sure Magatha didn't try to have Garrosh start the duel.

And yet...the Tool tells her to go !@#$ herself, so Nuff said, not it is.

As much as I like Garrosh's ascension to the throne, I must admit I see what Magatha did as using Garrosh as a tool. Because...well...she used him to poison, then kill Cairne.
He wasn't even remotely involved in the poisoning.
He was, however, involved in ripping a poisoned, on the verge of death, old tauren a new one.
That's a great warchief too, a 25 year old who picks fights with 80 year olds.Eh, sorry, but Cairne picked the fight, not Garrosh.
I don't particularly like Garrosh, but let's keep the facts in mind.

Eh, Cairne was poisoned during the duel with Garrosh (it affected him very quickly indeed).

Not one of Cairne's wisest decisions, mind. Sure, he can beat up a snot nosed punk, but we are talking about the son of Grom (meaning he has a name) and trying to do it while knowingly being poisoned?
Carine didn't realize what had happened till just before Garrosh hit the 'killing' blow; had he not been poisoned, Carine probably would have won as he scored the second to last big blow, which had disabled one of Garrosh's limbs.

Magatha poisoned Gorehowl. He didn't know about the poison in his blade, but he was used by her in order to poison Cairne. That's what I'm saying. So yeah...I see him as one of Magatha's tools for her plan to succeed.
She'd been poisoning Cairne for far longer than that, according to all reports I've read of people who read the book.Nope. I've read the book, and it says nothing of that. The poison was just on the axe.
The whole "Magatha was poisoning Cairne for a long time and Garrosh accidentally kills him, before retreating from the public eye out of guilt and then comes and helps Baine take back Thunder Bluff" thing was a rumour started back in Alpha.
