Three days without a reply? Hellscream's eyes are disappoint.
How about we compile a list of Garrosh's awesome sayings (or 'shoutings').
I'll start:
GET.
OFF.
MY.
SHIP!
Hope I typed it right. :S
you missed that part where he sends his fleet away to attack the alliance, them being nearly wiped out, and he leaving his own ship and your defenseless leading to be crashing and burning.
That doesn't make the quote less awesome. You are dismissed.
See what I did there?

You know I have this feeling if Saurfang was leading the attack into twilight highlands, there be a lot more ships and troups the horde would have had from the beginning.
A one off phrash doesn't make up for obvious bad leadership skillz

Heh and yet if Thrall or Saurfang said it, you'd be praising it. It's a cool line, doesn't matter who delivers it.

yep.
garrosh is FAR from being memetic material yet, after all he has people like Saurfang, Thrall and his own father Grommash to catch up to.
but some of his quotes ARE cool.
you......are.......DISSMISSED!(trows dude off the cliffs)
GET!. OFF!. MY!. SHIP!
watch your clever mouth B1TCH! (B-word for emphasys)
:P as much as I dislike garrosh, the above mentioned lines are simply awesome, regardless of who says them.

Fellow warriors of the horde Hear me now!
Ahead hides our foe, Worshipers of Chaos who seek to remake this world
A New world is coming friends, but it is not the world of their design.
Together we will crush the Twilights Hammer, raze their stronghold.
salt the earth, and burn the bodies. All will Tremble at our Might
Then we will stand astride this world as its masters
united in our conviction, unrivaled in strength, beholden to no one
TODAY, we will remake the world! OUR World! FOR THE HORDE!
The Twilight Highlands speech. Epic stuff right there. :-)

oh yeah, and he made a great start didn't he.
'We make this World ours!'
Sends his entire fleet to attack the alliance
His ship gets attacked and crashes and burns before it even gets to land.
Somewhat short lived much?
Seems more about mouth and less about tactic the the durp.

Regardless, its still one of the worst tactical moves seen in a long time, on par with Garrosh's method of 'how to deal with the trade routes in northrend, lets stamp out the alliance because there weak and puny'.
Seriously, the hordes gone from being lead by wise leaders and tactical commanders like Thrall, Saurfang and vol'jin, so someone with the mentality of the hulk.
Of course people like the hulk, which seems to fit the reasoning for liking Garrosh too.

That sounds like it could piss a few shaman/druids off. I guess that's why Drek'thar is leaving.

Thinking of what Drek'thar taught as a reminder of the mistake the orcs once made, you'd think he would stand defient against Garrosh and what this clearly shows as his intentions, not trying to build and maintain the society, but break it down and destroy all those ahead.
Anyway, I know Drek is pissed off and wants nothing more to do with the forsaken, but has he really said he wants nothing to do with this horde too?

I though he was just against helping the Forsaken in their campaign to take over all the northern part of the Eastern Kingdoms but not leaving the Horde (the one who said that he was betraying the Horde was Cromush).

First answer me this. Did the horde fleet flying into twilight highlands know the situation on the ground below, because all it seemed to be was Garrosh pointing at 'THERES ALLIANCE SHIPS ATTACK THEM!' without thinking.
If he knew the situation a clever commander would regroup and gather that forces they could before fighting, not just bombard them with whoevers around. The old phrash 'unity we stand', as spliting apart actully did break there forces there and made them even weaker against deathwings.
But without anything to suggest he knew that situation theres only one way of seeing this.

But without anything to suggest he knew that situation theres only one way of seeing this.....So obviously, the obvious answer is that he made an asshat decision.....Sure have been saying this a lot but: Remember what happens when you assume something.....

Yes, you show up Adams.
Anyway. It seems people are less intrested in how much of a tactical failure it was, cause all they're intrested in is how Garrosh screams a one liner and that makes it ok.
Maybe they should have cut out all of Varians waffle and done the same.

I still think that Garrosh's decision was fueled more with kicking Alliance asses that with helping the orc naval fleet (he doesn't even mention the ships).

It's the way the character is written; of course, any war leader of the Horde would have responded the same to the sudden appearance of an enemy fleet... the fact that the Dragon responsible for tearing apart the world suddenly showing up would have been a bad surprise to both sides.
And as I know what's coming next: Thrall can't see the future, neither can Saurfang, so they would have been caught just as flat footed as Garrosh was...Also: If Deathwing is going to %^&* up your fleet of Airships, there's not a damn thing you can do about, even for someone like Thrall.
