I use it to reset certain bosses (Sartharion for a 3d zerg, Watcher whats-his-face for Watch Him Die, Hadronox trash for Hadronox denied, etc)... Other than that, he doesn't really see the light of day.

I use mine to prematurely pull patchwerk while we're in the middle of spider wing.
That..... is a frickin genius idea, and i can't believe no one in any of my raids has never thought about that. O.O

I play on a pvp realm, and one of my favorite uses is Unending Breath + EoK. If you're in a heavily populated area if gives you an edge going underwater and sending your eye to scout. It's cheap, but also kinda funny to see someone not know where the hell they're being attacked from.
The same can be said for a shaman's water breathing and sentry totem.
