Comm Officer
Xoroth
The comm officer stared, sending out an urgent message to prepare planet-based defenses. "Close down the platform, he's gonna crash if he tries to land there!" He shouted into the headset.
They didn't have the manpower to deal with this sudden of an attack, not with so much of their fleet not even planetside. They would survive, he was sure, but the losses weren't worth it.
Silvia
Xoroth
"Hmmmm...." Silvia wondered, walking circles around the woman. "Alright then.... say.... twice a week when you're on Xoroth.... you stop by my place...." She giggled, leaving the blanks to be filled in. "And in return.... I use my power to make sure you get all the tech.... money.... anything you might need or want...."

Lerra
Xoroth
"I better get a lot in return if I am going to do that for you," Lerra commented dryly, noting how the draenei had disregarded her comment about how they should come to an agreement that did not involve her being Silvia's personal #$%^&. Her expression changed to a neutral one which revealed nothing of what the worgen thought of the draenei's initial proposition, let alone if she was actually going to agree to it or not.
After a couple of seconds silent consideration the bounty hunter started to talk, "alright three things: Firstly you'll need to gain control of the Cabal if you want to ensure I agree to the contract full-time and not as a temporary one, that way I can be sure the money and technology payments are guaranteed to be delivered regularly without any cheap excuses. Secondly, if I agree to this contract you will help me improve my fel and shadow magic capabilities when I require it, providing you have any skill at either of the two." The worgen made not attempt to cover up the fact she evidently doubted Silvia was any good at any form of magic that did not involve seducing people. "And thirdly I have a question. Do the things you want me to do for you include bounty hunting and assassination, or just twice weekly..." appointments?" she added.

Character:
Marina
Location:
Xoroth's orbit
Marina had been among the available Templar chosen for engaging Morec's ship. She might have known some of those killed, but she had no confirmation of who was dead. She began practising her still rather shabby swordswoman skills to pass the time.

New Beluosus

Location: Xoroth, Xoroth Space
Morec stopped before he had to leave the bridge and turned as a new set of warning alarms went off. He turned and ran back over to the consol, seeing the Cabal were shuting down where his ship would be landing. "No! NO NONONONONO! You are NOT keeping me from getting to the planets surface with whatever remains of my ship! I have waited too many decades and have worked too hard since my reawakening to be denied something as simple as a landing spot!"
With a few adjustments to his controls, he shut down a number of systems - weapons, communications, and life support among them - and rerouted all power to the engines and shields. With the shields functioning at about possibly over 250% now even the most powerful of the Senate and Templar cannons did significantly less damage. He then put the ship into full-thortle and zoomed towards the planets surface, towards the landing pad he had been allowed access to only seconds ago.
He then stood silent, preparing himself for what he'd have to do next.

Xoroth
"Oh, I might need you to kill someone every once in a while....." Silvia shrugged. "As for my skills in shadow and fel magics....." She smiled, shadowy chains rising from the ground and wrapping around Lerra. Soon after, green fire sparking along, held only at bay by Silvia's will.
"Enough proof, or are you waiting for something painful?"
Tandra
Xoroth
Tandra sniffled, stopping with her tears as she looked skyward at the forming blockade. She raised up one of her toy ships to compare, realizing they looked similiar to the senate and templar ships she was looking at.
Smiling, she clapped at her own realization. "Bigger ships! Yay!"
Comm Officer
Xoroth
"Nonono...." The officer stared. "HE'S RUSHING FOR IT! Clear, get clear!" He shouted into the headset.

As the Beluosus got within three miles of the landing pad, Morec put his brilliant last-ditch plan into motion. He unleashed as much necromantic magic as he could summon up, wrapping the ship in a massive varient of the death grip spell and pulling up. It slowed slightly, but still rammed into the pad at a considerable speed.
Morec increased the intensity of the spell and pulled back further and further on it. The plating of the ship creaked and contorted under the heat and pressure of the landing and the spell, and a number of circuits and fuses on the ship overloaded and blew. Morec's eyes glowed with a brighter blue intensity than they usually did, and the air around him sparked with necromantic electricity.

"Unless you want to make it even more tempting to cut off a few of your limbs, then no I don't need any further evidence," she replied.
That spell probably sees more action in the bedroom than anywhere else,
she thought, finding that thought somewhat amusing. An enchantment on her bounty hunting gear pulsed several times, each pulse making the chains hold on her decrease until they fell to the ground. "Seeing as you don't actually seem as interested as I'd thought about becoming leader of the Cabal," she continued, "I'm going to need some proof you'll be able to provide my payments." The worgen continued to keep an eye on the surrounding area to ensure no one had been watching or listening in on her conversation.
"And twice a week won't necessarily suit me, some weeks I'm not on Xoroth at all due to having plenty of contracts and some weeks, like this one, I'm here for several days in a row. Also, If I agree to this contract, absolutely no one is allowed to know about it in even the slightest. I've a reputation to protect and I don't want people knowing I give you special
favours
," she added in afterthought.
Can't believe I'm actually considering this, better not tell her there is a blockade going on or else she'll probably want to get started right away,
the worgen thought, remembering how she had both thought and said she was not going to sleep with the draenei. She knew about the blockade as she was at least capable enough in magic to create a mental link with her armour's communication centre whenever she chose to.
At least I'm making her pay for it, that doesn't make it so bad,
a faint smile touched the corners of the worgen's mouth, she knew perfectly well that did not make it any better.

Lektroz
Azeroth Surface
The droid made an confused and angry whirring sound, uncertain of what to do. The timer on the detonaters reached zero and the droid exploded violently, a blinding flash of light and a concussion blast followed the initial explosion. When the smoke cleared all that was left were two blackened droid legs that twitched every now and again.
Lektroz heard the blast, the gnome rose to his full height and renewed his search for an escape route. Once again he noted a part of the saronite walls that were dented. As if noting its masters intent REC-229 raised its sniper blaster and fired some explosive shots, which had no effect on the wall whatsoever. "Thermal explosives," Lektroz commented, the droid's artificial intelligence understood what he meant and it carefully applied plastic explosives connected to powerful thermal charges around the breach. Each charge was exactly the same distance from the next and the droid worked quickly.
This better work,
thought Lektroz with a little agitation, wondering when the Senate Special Forces team would show up, they probably would not be happy when they realized the cruiser was missing every single datacron and droid power core it had been transporting.

The Beluosus shuddered slightly as it finally came to a complete stop, almost glowing hot from its unexpectidly rough entry. The plexiglass of the bridge shattered as it froze all the way through and was then struck by the butt of Morec's Shadowblade. The death knight then stepped out onto the hot metal, the steel under his feet sizzling slight before ice formed seconds after his foot touched surface. He made his way down to the ground like this, brushing off the dust from his now-slightly tattered robes as he jumped to the ground and continued towards the Cabal Academy with a smile.

"Thank you miss." He said bowing his head towards her before turning and walking off.
"What an odd creature?"
He thought descending back into the cabal hideout and continued to walk around till he found who he was looking for. "Only orc people are bowing to." He muttered deciding to stay back and see what all the fuss was about.

"Wouldn't know why I'd've heard of you anyway," she shrugged insultingly, "so other than trying to seize control of the Cabal and most likely signing your own death warrant, I doubt you've got enough money for me to even consider your offer." The bounty hunter did not admit the fact that some information did spring to mind about Silvia, if she recalled correctly the woman was one of the chief torturers of the Cabal and had also allowed that fruitcake Tandra to keep her job, other than that she had never seen her in the flesh before nor did she know anything else about the draenei. Lerra's eyes continued darting around, her other senses would alert her if someone approached invisibly.
